Good News

Hey I have some characters in this chapter who were not introduced in the characters chapter

Mr. Downs- My homeroom teacher. Only addressed as Mr. Downs.

Briamria- My friend since 4th grade. Addressed as Bri or Briamria.

Casey- Friend since 3rd grade. Only addressed as Casey.

Mrs. Gillum- my English teacher. Addressed as Mrs. Gillum.

Abigail- my friend since 1st grade. Will be addressed as Abby or Abigail. Shoutout:

Amanda- Sabrinas bestest friend in the whole world and a good friend of mine as well. Addressed as Amanda or loopy. Shoutout: AmandaPeoples

Debra- me and Sabrinas good friend. Addressed as Debra, Dee Dee, Dee bug, mommy, mommy dearest and babe. Shoutout:

Sky- friend. Addressed as sky.

"What" I replied shocked.
"We're going to be neighbours" Sabrina repeated.
I gave small shriek and hugged them both. They both hugged me back with a laugh. They were glad to see I was excited. After our freakout together we walked into the high school together. We told our friends about our news. They were happy for us and wished they could be our neighbours too. I was so excited and no matter what no one or anything could ruin this day.

I went to homeroom so giddy. On days I'm in a good mood I buy a water from my homeroom teacher Mr. Downs. I also don't listen to music or pay attention to my phone. I talk to my friends. Casey and Bri realized how giddy I was and asked me about why I was so happy. I then told them the good news. They both replied with a "wow" and we all laughed because they said it in unison. The bell than rang so I decided to go to my locker and put my water in there. I feel that if I take it with me to class I'll forget it somewhere. So I put it in my locker and I'll probably save it for my afternoon bus because by 3:30 I'm thirsty. After putting my water in my locker I happily walk to english. When I get to English I grab me and Sabrinas binders. Since we're 1st period our binders are on the top shelf and Sabrinas kinda short so I get it for her. When she walks in we smile at each other because we are still excited about the good news.

In English we have to do a journal and our prompt was free write. I decided to write about the good news. We have to share one day a week and since I was happy and giddy I shared, even though I usually share on Fridays because I'm shy unless I'm with my friends and because I raised my hand to share I think Mrs. Gillum was shocked. She called on me anyway and I shared "This morning my friend Sabrina and her brother Joseph just gave me the best news ever. They told me they were going to be my new neighbours. My old neighbour Tom had recently moved out. I was so excited to get this news. I know it's going to seem like the perfect life. Everyone was shocked but happy for us.
"Is that true" Mrs.Gillum asked.
"Yes" I replied
"Well that's great I'm happy for you two" she returned
"Thank you " I told her and we continued with class. At the end Sabrina told me she wrote about the news too. We were both so giddy. The bell rang so that meant it was time for science and at the end of that class Debra talked to me about the news and how happy she was for me. Then in 3rd period history I talked to Casey she was jealous too. She really wants to be our neighbour. Finally 4th period came which is lunch. Its my favorite period of the day. Me, Sabrina, and Casey walked happily to lunch only to find Muffin, Keith, and Charlie like every day. We don't usually talk to them though except for an occasional "no you" from muffin. Since I was in a good mood I told them about it. They didn't seem to care but all well I'll tell anyone my business when I'm in a good mood. Me and Sabrina had a chat about the move- in.
"So when are you moving in " I asked .
"Saturday" she replied "were loading the truck Friday night and moving in on Saturday".
"I can help if you want" I offered
"Sure" Sabrina said happily.
The lunch period ended so quickly. I then continued my day. Nothing happened during 5th period ceramics or 6th period geometry. In 7th period caligraphy Sabrina and I talked more about the move and our calligraphy friend Haley seemed confused. In the middle of our conversation Haley interrupted with a,
"What, I'm lost, who's moving"
I answered her question
by saying "Sabrinas moving into the house next to mine"
She replied the same as everyone else. She was surprised but happy for us. The bell rang and I talked to Abby on the way to 8th period French. We talked about the move. She was happy for us as well but also wished to be our neighbour. Nothing happened in French and besides talking to our friends and playing basketball nothing happened in 9th period gym. It was finally 3:30 which meant it was time to leave. Me, Sabrina, and Loopy walked outside together and found Joseph. I had to get on my bus but gave them all hugs beforehand. I also told Sabrina and Joseph how glad I was to hear the news. I then happily went to my bus. I listened to music on the way home and when I got there I called my mother.
"I have amazing news to tell you " I said after she greeted me with a hello.
"What a surprise I do too" She said happily.
"Oh well let's wait till we see each other in person" I suggested .
"Good idea" my mother said. "We're going to take Cathy to the doctor she's feeling sick" .
"Oh alright bye" I said.
"Bye" she replied
My mother showed up. I went to the car and she asked me who should go first.
I went first and told her the news. She thought it was great.

She then told me her news,
"Well I got offered a job" she began "I'm helping the FBI solve cases.
"Cool" I said.
"Yeah" she replied "I'm excited" We then made our way to Cathys.
when we got there I told Cathy both sets of news. She didn't believe me at first.but eventually she got the message that I wasn't joking around. I was so excited to hear all this news. This is going to become a great time.
