Old Friends, New Neighbors

Oh Boy, Christina!

It was now March and I've been driving everywhere. Well everywhere with a licensed driver. I will be able to get my license at the end of the month. The 31st to be exact. I can't wait. After I turned 15 and a half I didn't even want to think about driving but after I got behind the wheel I loved it and didn't want to stop.

Me and my friends have grown closer than ever. From around 5:30pm to around 9:00pm after school everyone is at my house. I guess because it's big. Mostly my school friends are in my room though. We're usually listening to music or playing video games or something else fun.

One day I came home from school and went to the living room. Cathy was talking on the phone and mom and Daniel we're carrying on a conversation as well. I sat down and almost as soon as I did Cathy got off the phone. After she put the phone down she began to hit herself in the head with the palm of her hand.
"What's wrong Friend" I asked.
"Christina" Friend replied. "Her, her husband, and her hoodlums are moving in over yonder."
"Oh God" my mother said.
"Where exactly are they moving to" I asked.
"About a 10 minute walk from your house on Murphy Remy road" Cathy replied.
"Oh boy" I said. "When do they plan to move in?"
"Tomorrow" Cathy replied.
"Again oh boy" I said. "I'm going to do my homework."
I then went to my room and did my homework. After I did my homework I turned on my music and laid down on my soft new bed. I almost dozed off until I heard my phone. It was Sabrina asking if her and Joseph could come over. I texted. "sure, I'm in my room" and a few minutes later I heard a knock on my door. I yelled come in and Joe and Sabrina saw me laying on my bed. Sabrina told me I looked comfy and laid down beside my right side. Joe decided to join the party next and laid down on my right side. They both complemented me on how soft my bed was. Eventually we all fell asleep and it must've been all at the same time because we didn't wake up until Muffin showed up. It was a fun day.

The next day Christina and her people moved in. Suddenly they were always at my house. Me and my friends would just go up to my room to get away from them. If one would come up we would stop our conversation and be boring until they left. We hate to be rude but when me and my friends talk it's either personal or funny in our own way. We have a lot of jokes that no body other than us gets. For example one of us could scream "CHICKEN LEG " and we would almost die laughing. Its just something we do.

It was finally March 31st. My 16th birthday. I was finally 16. I had to go to school but afterwards Dale took me to Jackson to take my test since mom was busy with work. I passed so Dale took me to Chilicothe to get a vehicle. We went to a Jeep and I got a very pretty black Jeep Renegade. When I got home my friends complemented me on my Jeep and congratulated me on getting my license. From that day forward I drove me, Joseph, Sabrina, and Muffin to school each day.
