What Just Happened?

I was freaking out. Mar was gone. They won't let me look for her. I will just have to sneak away.

I start to walk backwards. Then when I was far enough way that no one would see me I started to run.

"Mar? Mar? Mar?" I looked through about 15 doors give or take a few an still haven't found her.

Then there was a door that was locked. "Mar? Mar are you in there?"

I wait. I hear someone breathing.

"Mar? Answer me please." "Erin I'm here but I can't get up. They must have hurt my foot." "Ok I will try to get you out of there." I start to bump the door with my shoulder. It took about 2 minutes to bolt it open.

I run over to Mar. "Ok Mar I'm going to help u get up." "Ok." I put her arm around me and picked her up. She start to cry a little.

"I don't think I can walk Erin. It hurts to much." "That's ok I will carry you." I pick her up and start to walk out of the room. She puts her arm around me and I feel a tingle in my body. Why does she have to affect me this much?

"Mar I think the police are here now. Do you remember who hurt you at all?" She looks at me for a second and then at the floor. "I just remember being by you and then everything went dark. But when I woke up there were 2 guys outside that door talking about...um talking about...." "Mar just spit it out." "They were talking about killing you."

Her face goes pale. "To kill me? Why?" "You did something I think. How am I supposed to know?" I look in to her eyes. They are filled with pain an hurt. "Mar when I was young I did something very bad and I thought they won't find me and now I have put you endanger."
