I woke up to the screeching sound of my alarm
Slaming my hand down to turn the damn thing off I rolled out of bed and walk to the bathroom
I should probably Introduce myself.
"Hello my name is Sophie James I'm from Seattle Washington "
"I am 16 and is currently going to Canebrigde High"
It's been hard for me my mom died and my dads struggling to pay rent we live a old apartment since my dad wasn't able to afford our house anymore.
I take a shower throw on some high waisted jeans and a crop top with some vans and comb though my waist length bluish brown hair. I dyed the end blue last summer as a dare.
I walk down stairs to find my dad in the kitchen making breakfast
" Good morning dad"
"What you making" He stood at the stove flipping pancakes
"Your favorite brown sugar pancakes" I jumped for joy and gave him a kiss on the cheek and said
"What the occasion is it something good" we start to set the table and I sit across from him and fill my plate
"Yeah sort of depending on the way you look at it" he said
"Wait what do you mean" I looked at him with a confused face wondering what in the world is he about to tell me.
"Sophie you got accepted at SKA" he look at me with joyful eye
"Wait what"
