Chapter 8

Evan POV

Amelia gave me maps of the inside of Claude's home, she gave me secret passage ways and thought me ever exit in the mansion, I was surprised at how much she was telling me.

we've been driving for ten minutes in silence, I looked over to Amelia who's eyes where glued to her gun, I remember how this girl use to make me feel when we where together.

"did you ever ask yourself what happened ?" Amelia broke the silence finally

"Be a little more specific doll" I mumbled making a left, the GPS better be working.

"Why I cheated?" She whispers

"It doesn't matter now"

"Yes it does, and you know it" she says laughing

Amelia knew me too well, I remember when I first found out she's been cheating on me Scar found out before any of us, I was shocked at first but then I realised that she wasn't my mate to begin with.

"Why?" I asked

"I'm not your mate" she says sounding hurt "and nothing was going to ever change that, it's faith you and your girlfriend where going to cross paths eventually... remember what you use to tell me?"

"That even if I met her I would not stop loving you, that I wouldn't just drop everything and abandon you" I finished off

I felt guilty for a second but then remembered I wasn't the one who ended things.

"I can't believe how blinded by love we both where honestly it was kind of pathetic" Amelia laughs and I laugh along with her

"It was nice, to know you always had someone in that way" I say

"The human hunter and the alpha werewolf, what a story that would have been" Amelia says

"Who's Claude?"

"his this extremely gorgeous, possessive, smart, mysterious and powerful man he is basically you but in a vampire version" Amelia states

"You cheat on me for someone else that's exactly like me, well why are you betraying him now ?" I asked, I was still not sure about trusting her.

"He, cheated on me" Amelia sighs

"karma is a bitch huh?" I say making a stop

We hide the car, and walk to the front door.

"I gave you like ten options on the paper, we could go in from the back or-"

"Nervous?" I asked her

Amelia tapped the door with her gun, loudly.

"I knew you would come back for me" a man says smiling at Amelia.

I looked at Amelia who had her gun pointed at his face.

"I don't want to hurt you Sebastian, so get the hell out of my way." She snaps

He moved to the side with a huge smile on his face.

"The devil and his brother" She walks in and I follow behind her.

I didn't have time for catching up, I walked into an open room too see another man sitting on a chair with a beer in his hand.

"Evan" he says putting his cup in the air

"Where is she?" I growl

"Don't act like such an animal, oh wait" he says standing up "I forgot it was in your blood alpha"

I ran towards him punching him in the face, he dropped her beer and grabbed my shirt and lifted me up from the ground, I didn't know why he was so strong.

"Don't put your hands on me pup, I am over eight hundred years old I can destroy you right here" he says in a calm tone, I pushed him off me.

"Let go!" Amelia shouted

I turned around too see the boy at the door, who's arm was around Amelia's neck holding her in a choke hold.

Claude let out a laugh "Amelia rolling with the dogs, what else did I expect?"

"At least the dogs are better in bed, you disgusting coward" she spat

"Listen ladies, I don't want to interrupt but someone better tell me where my girl is before I start breaking necks" I warn

Claude turned around surprised at what I said, he let out a laugh which sent shivers down my spine. If Satan was real then this would be him.

"go upstairs, take a left jump out of the window and run into the woods where you belong" Claude said

A women in a white dress appeared with a plate of shots, she seemed to depressed.

"Or I'll just take her" I grab her arm which makes her drop her plate and I snap her neck.

"Sophia! Why would you do that?" Sebastian shouts  letting go of Amelia and storming towards me.

"she will wake up eventually" I shrug

"No! She's human" Sebastian lifted the dead women up and placed her on the couch

"It's okay brother, we will get another one" Claude re assured him.

"You are all fucking sick, if you want the stupid girl she's in there" Sebastian shouted pointing behind me

I ran in opening the door, my eyes widen in horror as I see her in a hospital bed.

"You have a hospital room in your house, seriously?" Amelia says in shock

She had tubes in her mouth and nose, I walked beside her trying to take them off.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" he says irritated

"That's my fucking girl-"

"She will die instantly, you have to wait for her to become a hybrid." He says
