chapter 20

okay, this is it, im literally getting married in under an hour and im absolutely terrified, i turned to see my dad come in my room, his eyes were filling up as he saw me and rachel stood next to eachother while the photographer took our pictures, i was shaking i was so scared, 

"are you ok bec?" my dad asked holding my hand, i nodded shakily

"im terrified" i confessed looking down at the floor.

"your scared to marry him?" my dad asked looking shocked, i looked up with wide eyes

"of course not! i love connor so much im just scared, you know, butterflies and stuff, i dont want to back out though!" i said my dad nodded smiling

"good because i like connor" i smiled and looked up to see harry and rachel kissing in the middle of the room

"ahem!!!" i coughed loudly making them break apart, harry looked at me and his eyes widened

"you look beautiful becca" he said smiling "connors lucky" i smiled and my eyes filled with tears as i pulled him into a hug.

*connors p.o.v*

im literally shaking with nerves, who wouldve thought it eh, me and my english student, ill tell you what though, i knew as soon as i saw her in that club the first night i knew i wanted her, i suppose the twins are a bonus because they literally brighten my day.

i heard a door open and turned to see harry come in my room, he grinned and patted me on the back, 

"she looks beautiful man" he nodded in appreciation and i nodded as i looked at yself one more time and nodded, 

"here goes nothing" harry laughed and we walked to the alter together and stood waiting.

"rebeccas p.o.v"

i stood just outside the doors, my chief bridesmaid being rachel stood at the front while the others stood behind me, their dresses flowing to the floor, my dad linked his arm in mine and kissed the side of my head

"you'll be fine darling" i nodded as the doors opened and the march began, it all seemed slow motion

connor turned to look at me and he literally looked like he was going to pass out, he smiled and harry patted him on the back and muttered something to him making him laugh, i saw my mum and courtneys mum crying their eyes out, all my family looked at me and smiled and all connors family looked shocked but happy,

ill be honest i knew about 5 of them. i got closer to the alter and my dad squoze my hand, "i love you" he whispered i smiled as a tear rolled down my face "i love you too" he kissed my cheek then turned to connor

"hurt her and you'll regret it" he said to connor with a gleam in his eye, connor nodded and took my hand entwining our fingers, i sighed in content and the priest began.

the service was lenghthy and it was nearing to a close and i could hear the click from the photographers camera, connor was staring at me the whole time, i literally couldnt stop smiling and i was crying my eyes out like a muppet.

"i now pronunce you husband and wife, you may kiss your bride" the priest hadnt even finished his sentence and connor literlly pounced on me capturing my lips, i smiled into the kiss and pulled away after a while considering our family were watching.

rein and riley came running up the aisle connors mum andrea running after them, i smiled at her as riley dived into my arms i smiled and kissed his nose as connor hugged andrea, we our way into a small room/ seating area type place to wait until we could be seated.

after our meals we did the speaches and stuff and i dont think ive ever laughed so much until i heard harrys speech

"hi everyone! im harry, connor best friend of what 20 years? id just like to say thank you to everyone who have made today happen, lets face it without you and rebecca and rachel planning this they'll be 100 before they get married. i want you thank you Andrea and /david for bringing up my best  friend and making him into the man he is today, because if it wasnt for you god knows where he'd be. id also liek to thank Robert and Emily for bringing one of my other best friends into the world and raising her to be the most beautifull, smart, caring person i've ever met apart from you emily of course and rach that applies to you before you hurt me"

he winked at rach and she looked down and blushed "i remember when connor first told me about becca, i'd seen her around but never really knew her, then connor introduced us and i realised how good she was for connor, they balance eachother out because she can control him and shes not afraid to tell him to shut up"

everyone laughed at this and i had tears rolling down my face while i laughed

"since they got together if connor gets invited out you can garuntee by the end of the night he will be ringing becca telling her he loves her while lying on my bathroom floor in his own sick"

connor held his head in his hands at this and shook his head while i laughed my head of at him

"so basically, what im trying to say is, connor, i love you man your like the brother i never had-

"hey!!!" harrys brother yelled from where they sat which set everyone of into hysterical laughter again.

"and rebbeca- harry continued- id like to thank you for being the reason this guy smiles all the time, i love you too because your like my little sister. so if you'll alll join me in saying 'to connor and rebecca' "

i got up and pulled harry into a hug while crying, "i love you to harry!" i whispered in his ear.
