Part 3

"Cuz baby now we got bad blood, you know we used to be..." Snooze. I rolled back over and pulled my silk eye mask off my face. Woohoo! It's saturday, and today's the day I get to just relax and have a nice day with my girls. Tripoli's is the best restaurant ever. It's super small, family-owned, delicious Italian food, and...it's secluded. It's kind of this secret place about 2 and a half hours away from LA. It's in Apple Valley, not a very well known place, but a super quaint and fun area. There are a few nice shops around, and we have these really cool secret cars that we drive to it, and it's just really fun. I'm very excited.

I threw the covers off of me and ran over to my closet. What to wear, what to wear...not too much glam...like Paige. I think I stood there just looking at clothes for like an hour until I finally decided on a pair of high waisted, light wash shorts, a grey flower printed t-shirt, and a brown fringy vest thing. I paired that with all black converse. When I finally finished that, I moved over to doing my makeup and just went with a simple look of some powder, shimmery gold eyeshadow, black liquid liner, some mascara, and a light pink tinted lip balm. Super simple. As for my hair, I just went all natural, as they say, and kept my hair down. I grabbed a purse and stuffed my phone, a pair of sunglasses, the lip balm I used, a portable charger, a mini comb, and a Tide stain remover stick. 

I ran downstairs to my kitchen and grabbed a croissant which I put in the toaster. I decided to check my phone. 7 messages.

Gino: good morning boo!! have fun today, love you. *kissy face emoji*

Chloe: Ahh! Can't wait for today!

Paige: GIRLLLL THIS IS GONNA BE SOOOOO FREAKIN FUNNNN

Group chat with Chloe, Paige, Nia, Kendall, Mackenzie, and I-Nia: Girls, thank you for the invite! Mack and I are def coming, but we'll have to leave right after lunch since we have to catch a flight :( love you girls though!! 

Kendall: I'm gonna buy 5 million things today lmao

Mom: Honey, I left you some strawberries in the fridge. Take as you wish! Love you, have fun with you friends today!

Dad: Hey sweetie pie, I'm coming back from New York tomorrow! Can't wait to see you, dear!

I replied to all my texts, and called Luka, my driver to come pick me up as I finished my croissant and had a few strawberries. I specified that he use the secret car and wear normal clothes. 

About 7 minutes later, Luka showed up and I got into the 'secret car.' Basically, this car is a Volvo from 2009 that, not in a rude way, doesn't really look like a car I would be in. It has slightly tinted windows, and some extra 'supplies.' I keep a hat, some super big sunglasses, and a black jacket in a box in the back seat. Luka wears his everyday clothes when he drives me in this car. A block away from our house, there is a parking lot for our neighborhood where this car is parked. That's why no one really knows it's me. 

And now we get to enjoy this 2 hour journey to Tripoli's.....

I arrived outside the familiar quaint Italian restaurant. "Thanks Luka!" I quickly yelled to him. He smiled and drove off to god knows where. I rushed into the restaurant and saw the cute smile, similar to mine, of my younger sister. I don't see her as often as I used to, ever since she launched her music career with Nia. "Hey Kenz!" I greeted my sister, embracing her in a hug. "Oh, hey Nia!" I smiled, and also hugged her. I sat down in a chair next to Mackenzie.

"It's been a few weeks." said Mackenzie.

"Yeah, I know. How were your East coast concerts, you guys?" I asked.

"Oh, great! They were super fun and all the fans in Massachusetts were so nice! But didn't you hear about the New Jersey concert?" announced Nia.

I was confused. "No...what happened?"

Mackenzie and Nia looked at each other and giggled. "That was so eventful! I fell on stage, and this man proposed to his now fiance!"

I laughed. "That's super cute! But oh my gosh, Kenzie you fell?!"

"Yep! You know me...clumsy Kenz! But I was belting out a note, and I tripped on one of the wood structure things we had on stage. Fell right into this hole where we entered! Luckily, it had some padding, but it was so embarrasing! And super funny!!" announced Kenzie. The three of us burst out laughing and I could feel the tears come to my eyes.

"Hey guys!" I turned around as I heard Chloe's voice, "What's so funny?" 

"Nothing, just the story of how clumsy I am!" said Mackenzie.

"Ohhh! New Jersey?" asked Chloe, as she embraced Kenzie in a hug.

"You got it!" giggled Nia. 

Chloe walked quickly over to Nia and embraced her in a hug. "Nia, I haven't see you since the Pierre shoot!"

"Gosh, I know! It's been too long!" replied Nia. Chloe sat down next to her. 

Soon, Kendall showed up, then finally, Miss. Paige. Late as usual. 

After we ate, and talked for about an hour and a half, unfortunately, Nia and Kenzie had to leave.

"Bye everyone!!" said Kenzie, trying to run around our circular table and give everyone a hug.

"Bye guys!!" said Nia, waving as she stood by the door. "Come on, Kenz, we'll be late."

"K, bye everyone!" Kenzie ran to follow Nia. 

"That was fun." I said. 

"Yes, totally! Let's go shopping now!" said Paige.

"Woohoo!" excited Kendall said. 

We each paid for our food and left the restaurant. We called Kendall's driver, Leone, who had a van. We got in and drove on our way to the Apple Valley shopping district.

Hey guys!! Sorry that was kind of boring. It was mostly a filler chapter. The next one will have some real action, I swear. Also...Apple Valley is a real place...and it is 2 hours away from LA....but Tripoli's and the shopping district aren't real...btw....k bye!!
