A/N: I'm not finished with the story yet it being NaNoWriMo but in December I'm planning on editing the chapters and then posting them weekly so here is a sneak peek.

Sliding open the screen and exiting the shrine Jade was greeted by a mesmerizing view. Due to the night before she had not been able to see the true beauty of the area and it nearly knocked her off of her feet.

The cool wind felt like one in the southern area of Ludrela, in fact she would not be surprised if it was. The smell of almost Cinnamon and maple tingled her nose and she was captivated by the falling of reds, yellows and oranges that looked like rain falling in the wind. The sky glowed a brilliant blue as if it was not fazed by the unnatural colors, in which the cotton like clouds hung. Jade let her black hair toss in the wind not minding to tie it back, her clothes as well as her cloak fluttered in the wind.

Jade enjoyed the cooler wind passing through, because it reminded her of the autumn sunrises in which she would go and play with Kai younger days running through the leaves as it rained down on them, of course she had to talk Kai into it in the first place. Which meant travel as well, but when she finally got him to do it they would have lots of fun almost ignoring their responsibilities. She smiled at the memories as they played over in her mind.
