Alpha's Rejected Omega

Worst night of my life...

"Come on Beau. What did I do? Why won't you answer the phone? *sigh*. Call me back. Please. Don't shut me out Daniels" I hung up the phone, my hand covering my mouth as I tried not to scream in frustration.

That was the 27th voicemail she had left me. Within the span of four hours. I was sitting in my bedroom, my knees to my chest and my head resting on my knees. How could the alpha do something so cruel? He had to of known that Nirvana and I had been childhood best friends, right? I can't deal with anything if Ni isn't by my side. Ni was my lifeboat, always saving me. And now there's nothing to hold me up.

A loud knock on the door jolted me from my thoughts and made me jump in surprise. "Beau, I hope your showered and dressed, the alpha's sons' birthday starts in half an hour" dads voice said from outside my door. My eyes widened and my head snapped to the side to take in the time. 8:30pm. Holy crap, had I been sitting here thinking that long? I cleared my throat and got off my bed, "Yeah dad, I'm just going now" i called back as I began to rush around my cluttered room to look for clothes. Eventually I gave up and just decided to shower first and then decide on clothes once I had gotten out.

I had a ten minute shower, only washing my body and my hair before getting out to search through my room. Eventually i ended up with an outfit. Snug black pants, a white collared button-up top, a black waiter-like vest over that, a navy blue jacket for warmth that did up and stopped around my thighs, a brown and blue patterned scarf and to top it all off, my now favourite pair of black combat boots. I took a quick look in the mirror and nodded to myself once. Okay.

I silently grabbed my keys and the birthday present I had sitting on my desk before heading out the door and downstairs. "Mom? Dad? I'm leaving now. I'll meet you guys there?" I called out as I passed the kitchen where they both were having a small conversation. They both looked up as I spoke and nodded. "Okay, we'll see you soon sweetie, be careful driving, it's going to snow tonight" mom informed me before rushing over to give me a warm hug. "I love you Beau, so don't let them boys bully you again. Not tonight okay?" She whispered softly to me. I flinched away and nodded. "Yeah, okay mom. Bye" I said giving her a kiss on the cheek, I waved to dad before I left and jogged over to my small car. I smiled as I breathed out and saw my breath fogging as I did so. Once I was in the car, I rubbed my hands together for some warmth and then started the car.

I backed out of the driveway before taking off down the road. It only took 5 minutes to get there and I parked out the front of the pack house, staring at it for a moment. I had only been inside it a few times. The alphas' friends use it as a frat house or something so I was always way too scared to go in. But now it's pack obligation.

I grabbed the present and got out of the car, shoving my keys in my pocket. I walked slowly to the door and opened it, looking inside to find that the party was already in full swing. I took a deep breath and was about to walk inside when two guys pushed past me, the guy on the left using his shoulder to smash against mine. I stumbled back against the doorframe as the two of them walked off snickering to each other and approaching the drinks table.

I walked inside cautiously and placed the present on another large table filled to the brim with presents already. Suddenly I was hit from behind as a fisted dainty hand swiped at the back of my head. "Ow!" I cried, turning around and holding the back of my head. I paled as I saw the furious pixie standing with her hands on her hips and leaning closer intimidatingly.

"What the actual fuck!? Beau why didn't you answer any of my calls or texts?!" She snapped, shoving my shoulder hard. "Ni, I can't, I-" I began to stutter looking around nervously. My eyes met with Raoul's and his eyes narrowed at me in warning.

And I received it. Get away from my mate. You're gonna get it now.

I gulped and turned my back on Nirvana, quickly escaping through the crowd. She took chase but I was almost invisible through the amount of sweaty bodies dancing in the living room. I was headed in the opposite direction as Raoul, that I know for sure. So I was quite surprised when I hit a hard body and hands wrapped around my arms tightly. "Runt".

With that one word I knew who it was.

Alpha.

"You were warned runt, you defied your alpha". It wasn't the strong, angry voice I was expecting. No, instead it was something much scarier. His voice was calm and controlled, his face an expression of nothingness.

I flinched away and opened my mouth to answer. "Alpha, what should we do to it?" Raoul's voice snapped from behind me. I whipped my head around to look at him.

Fear began to seep through my veins and trembling gently took over my body. "We're taking him outside to teach him to listen to rules" Alpha grunted before tanking me along behind him towards the back door.

"No, alpha please, I didn't talk to her. Please she came over to me and I-" "Your blaming this on my mate!? She may be kindhearted but she was also warned not to speak to you runt" Raoul snapped. The alphas hand tightened painfully around my wrist as we got outside and around the corner.

I was thrown against the wooden wall hard and I slumped to the ground, my head down and my neck bared in submission. "Alpha....Please..." I whispered, closing my eyes tight to prepare myself for the oncoming onslaught.

No words were mentioned as the both of them silently beat me until I was bruised and bloody. Fists and booted feet flew hard into my stomach, chest and face for a whole five minutes. I kept my cries of pain silent, refusing to give in to the pain just yet.

Eventually they stopped and alpha stood up, shaking out his rapidly healing fist. "Raoul, people will be wondering where we got to, leave the runt here and let's go" he grumbled, straightening his clothes and sashaying towards the back door.

I kept in my sigh of relief, biting my lip as Raoul stood and turned to walk after him. "If you ever speak to her again... I'll kill you runt" he growled, turning and walking inside, a step behind the alpha.

I was left by myself on the ground out in the cold. Tears clouded my vision as I laid on my back straight and threw my arm over my eyes. I took a few deep breaths, refusing to let myself cry and I cleared my phlegmy throat and forced myself to sit up and lean against the wall of the house.

I can't do this for much longer...
