"I'm Fine." The only words you shouldn't trust. There's a story behind every "I'm Fine" and not every one ends with both lives. Each day that "I'm Fine" goes to work or school and plasters on that same old smile, that fake one that everyone is tricked into thinking is real. They act as though everything is normal despite the fact that they're broken on the inside. They can't bring themselves to cry over it again so they ignore it and move to something else. They keep themselves busy, distracted from the horror they witnessed before they became an "I'm Fine". Though they say "I'm Fine" they're really begging you to help them, to comfort them, to be there for them when they need you, though they might not speak of why they're an "I'm Fine" they still need to know you're there for them. "I'm Fine" is the eternal plea of help. At night every "I'm Fine" cries them self to sleep, whether they admit to it or not. The saddest part is that you don't understand any of this about an "I'm Fine" unless you are one yourself. I'm Fine.
