I sigh and look at my brother once again, why is this day going wrong? who is he getting married to? I don't have much friends so who could it be?

"James please, I'm on my last nerve, WHO ARE YOU GETTING MARRIED TO?"

"Geez you sound like a pregnant woman, it's... Lisa" He chokes out.

I feel light headed, Lisa? how? they hated each other for years. And now not only they are girlfriend/ boyfriend, they are ENGAGED! How... how did I miss that?!

"Sweetie you okay? come lets sit down," I'm so glad Mark was here or I would have fell down, my legs were starting to give away.

"Jessie I know I should have told you and I'm so sorry, but you know Lisa is your bestfriend, after all these years of hating each other we both realised it wasn't hate."

I try to speak but a aqueak comes out, "I... I just don't under...understand, "

"I know I know but we in love we started dating right after Lisa started working for me,"

Oh yeah Lisa works for James, is that why they fell in love? I love Lisa she is my best friend since childhood, she has always been there for me like a twin sister to me. I'm going to have a very long talk with her of how she could hide something like it from me.

I was now sitting on the sofa quietly

"Jessie please say something its been 15 minutes and your staring at the coffee table,"

I didn't even notice that, "I'm sorry I'm really happy it's Lisa congratulations honey, I still am surprised that you guys could hide it from me, but now that's gone, Do you guys have a date set for the wedding?" I asked curiously.

"Yes we do and I have one more question to ask you sis"

oh no not again. I'm not ready for anymore surprises. Today was just going crazy
