Adopted~ chapter 7

- Ellie

When I woke up Taylor was gone! I shouted her name hopping she was just outside but no one answered. An hour later I was still alone, I wanted to be mad at her but I couldn't, I knew she couldn't be with me all the time as much as I wished she could. I lay back and closed my eyes hoping that when I woke up she would be here.

I'd been sat there for hours waiting to hear that it was safe to go out. I was sure Ellie would of woken up by now and I felt terrible about it. I stared glumly out the window as the trees waved violently about in the stormy winds. Rain was splatting onto the window faster than I'd ever seen before and the skies were flashing brightly every couple minutes. I knew I was going to be stuck for a while and should probably do something but I just felt so bad about Ellie. I finally decided I was going to go write a song about Ellie to put into my new album. I sat down and began to think of some lyrics, drafting them together till it Was just right. I decided that when I got back to Ellie I would sing it to her. A few hours later I was fast asleep on the couch my notebook all screwed up under my arm.
I woke up to find the sun was shining brightly. I jumped up off the sofa and grabbed my stuff before noticing the notebook I grabbed it off the floor, I would sort it out later. I ran out the door and jumped into the car, I drove off towards the hospital as fast as I could, I couldn't wait to see Ellie again. Once I got there I grabbed the stuff and ran in. Sprinting up to Ellie's room as fast as I could. I walked into the room to find her fast asleep, I gently tugged at her shoulder hopping to hear her cute little voice. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up at me in surprise.
'Taylor?' She asked confused
'It's me babe' I told her, stroking her hair as she led there, 'I'm so sorry I left'
'When can we get out of here?' She asked looking up at me with her big blue eyes.
'Soon' I told her, we were supposed to leave tonight but if something happened she might have to stay longer.

Two hours later

I gave Ellie her clothes and she ran off to put them on. A couple of minutes later she ran back out wearing a cute little pink dress I bought her when I first adopted her. I grabbed her ting hand and we walked out the doors and into the car park. When we got to the car I picked her up and put her into the front seat than ran round and got into the car and drove off. On the way back I stopped at Starbucks so we could get a drink before heading back home. When we got back to the house we ran in and Ellie instantly ran over to the sofa and turned on the tv.

When we got back I ran over to the tv and turned it on before sitting on the couch and watching cartoons. Taylor came over and sat by me, putting her arm around me before suddenly bursting into tears. I looked up at her begging her to stop, but she wouldn't. We sat there for a couple of hours before Taylor fell asleep, I closed my eyes and shuffled along closer to Taylor.

When I woke up Taylor was leaning over me stroking my hair. She seemed to do that a lot. I looked up at her and she smiled. I sat up before taylor stood up and began to make breakfast. She grabbed some waffles and began to cook them. A couple of minutes later they were ready, and we both went over and sat by the table talking about all sorts of random things as we ate.

When we were done Taylor told me to go get dressed telling me that she had a surprise planed. I ran up to my room and pulled out a black skirt and a white top with a gold heart on it and quickly pulled them on before running back down. When I got to the bottom of the stairs Taylor stared up at me and smiled.
'You look BEAUTIFUL!' She shouted
Before grabbing my hand and walking to the door. Once we were in the car she put a cd into the CD player and turned up the volume. It was her singing on the cd but it wasn't a song from any of her albums. I looked at her confused but she just sat there smiling as she began to drive. I kept listening to the song trying to figure it out what it was about before I suddenly heard it. Ellie. I looked up at her in shock and she smiled nodding her head as if she had read my mind.
'You like it?' She asked
I screamed at her 'I love it!' As she hurriedly drove round the corner before stopping the car. We were in the carpark of the mall.
'The mall isn't open today' I told her thinking she thought it was another day
'I know' she said before running over and lifting me out the car. She picked up her cellphone out her pocket and dialled a number. A few seconds later the ringing stopped and a man picked up the phone.
'Were here' she said into the phone and the gates to the mall swung open. I looked up at her in shock before we ran in. She looked me in the eye and told me I could have anything I wanted as we began to run round all the shops.

A few hours later we emerged from the mall with what seemed like hundreds of bags in our arms. We ran over to the car and had just began to put the bags into the car when suddenly a girl ran over. 'TAYLOR!' She screamed 'TAYLOR I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!' I saw Taylor get up and walk over smiling as I stood awkwardly behind her. They had been talking for around five minutes before when Taylor suddenly looked back at me smiling
'Come over here a second Ellie' she said waving me over. I ran over and she began to tell her all about me whilst I just stood there awkwardly turning red.
