Chapter Thirteen: Epilogue

"Hey rivet face!" Gajeel brought his hand up just in time to deflect the chair Natau through across the guild hall. The noise barely distracted Levy who was busy reading a book.

Gajeel growled at the fire dragon slayer and stood up. "Watch where you're throwing things fire breath!" He snapped. "You almost hit Levy."

Lucy took Gajeel's spot when he stormed over to Natsu to continue their fight. She sighed. "I knew it wouldn't be long before they were at it again."

Levy looked up from her book and smiled as the two dragon slayers exchanged playful blows. "Yeah but I'm just glad for a little bit of normalcy."

"What do you want Salamander?" Gajeel asked as he tossed Natsu across the guild.

Natsu jumped and and slammed into Gajeel. "I just noticed something you know," he grinned wickedly. "Levy smells an awful lot like you."

Levy froze as she felt Lucy's eyes bore into her. "Is there something you're not telling me Levy?"

Levy blushed. She had yet to tell her best friend about her heated night with Gajeel. It wasn't exactly easy to bring up in conversation.

The subject didn't bother Gajeel at all though. He just grinned and laughed. "Yeah she's mine," Levy smiled as he shamelessly told everyone they were together. "But you know what Salamander. I noticed that Lucy smells and awful lot like you too."

Levy's eyes shot to Lucy who was now just as red as Levy. "Guess I'm not the only one with some explaining to do."
Another chair flew across the room, this time thrown by Grey. He had been sitting with his arm wrapped around Juvia but the dragon slayers argument has irritated him. "Would you two shut up! Some people are trying to enjoy some peace and quiet!"

A three way battle broke out between Gajeel, Natsu, and Grey. Juvia quickly joined Lucy and Levy as they ducked under the table. "Juvia thinks the boys have to much energy," Juvia said.
All three girls laughed as they watched their men rumble.

"You shouldn't have gotten into that fight dummy," Levy scolded Gajeel as she applied a warm washcloth to a swollen knot on his forehead from one of the many objects the guys sent flying across the guild.

Gajeel growled and pulled Levy to him. He kissed her and held her close. She sighed and rested her head on his chest. She looked around Gajeel's room and chuckles quietly as she noticed her stuff was slowly taking over his place.

"What cha thinking about Shrimp?" Gajeel asked as he noticed her distraction.

She snuggled close to him. "I'm just thinking that I'm right where I wanna be. This is home for me now right here with you." She propped herself up and looked at him. "I love you Gajeel." She blurted.

Gajeel's chest bounced as he chuckled. He kissed the top of her forehead. "The feelings mutual Shrimp. I love you too."
