I see you walking towards me along with your friends ,
I walk in the opposite direction &
our eyes interlock in each other,
that millisecond felt like forever.
You Smile at me & I do the same.
Its been so long since we've talked &
I don't know how to react,
This happens every time & I'm starting to wonder why .
I can't gets my hopes up because I know they'll get destroyed
But is that smile so heart warming,
that stops time, has me both; confused & amused.
