Teasha [P.O.V]
“Um, Hello?” I said in a who the heck are you kind a manner.
“Hi, I'm Jazzlyse and this is my brother Jacob we live at number 23 across the street.” The girls says as she points to the blue house directly across the street.
“Oh, well um Hi. My names Diteasha but most people just call me Teasha.” I replied back wondering what they were still doing here.
Jazzlyse then held out a plate of cookies to me, and that's when I got that that's why they were here. I reached out and grabbed the plate from her and held it against my side.
“Yo gotta dog?” Jacob asked not even looking up from his phone while he asked.
“Um, no..” I said. Seems like his Mom didn't raise him no manners not even acknowledging me while he's talking to me.
“Hm, that sucks! Could a feed them cookies to it.” He said back to me still texting.
“Forget him” Jazzlyse said. “It's just Mom ain't the best baker so I'd inspect them or dump em in the trash once you get inside. You know just in case you break a tooth or get sick or have to wash your mouth out all night from the taste.”
“Ha ha, oh that's cool I'll just feed em to Jackie.” I laughed back trying to be a little quiet so Dad or Jackie don't hear me.
“Jackie? She your sister?” Jacob asked still pounding away at his phone.
“Aha, Ew no! Shes my Dad's girlfriend...” As soon as I said that Jacob and Jazzlyse both threw there heads back laughing.
“Ha ha gee you some funny!” Jacob said still laughing.
“Aha she is ain't she, you know what Tea, its cool that I call you Tea right?” Jazzlyse said more like telling then asking.
“Yeah, I-”
“Okay good!” She said cutting me off from what I was saying.
“Tomorrow, me and some of the girls are gonna get together you know just chill and stuff. You wanna roll with us?” She said as she pulled a nail file out of her pocket and started filling the edges of her acrylic nails.
“Yeah, sure” I said.
“Kay, cool. Well we gotta bounce but I'll get cha tomorrow. Be ready by 1 and look fresh.” Jazzlyse said as her and Jacob walked down the walkway of the house, across the street and then got into a black car parked in the drive way of the blue house Jazzlyse pointed to before.
