This is not a chapter.
This is not an update on my story.
This is for the people affected by what's happening all over the world today.
The news is so filled with bombings and killing and people dying, that I can't keep up.
I do know what happened in France today. I watched it on the news from the very beginning. The dead count started at 18. It climbed to 40+ within the span of a few hours.
I know that the people of Japan are suffering from an earthquake and tsunami. 18k are dead or missing.
Lebanon was hit by twin suicide bombers. I don't know the death count, or how they're holding up, but I wish I did.
I also know that many other places have been affected tonight.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the innocents that lost their lives today, the families of them, and everyone in the world that is in danger. I pray for those blaming religions and races, because terrorism has no religion, no race, and no color. I also pray for those religions, races and colors that are being blamed for something they did not do.
I pray for our world. I pray that one day, hate will be overruled by love and we won't have to hole up and shield ourselves from the world. I pray that the world will get over its hatefulness and instead find love and compassion.
I pray for everyone, tonight.
