Ch 6- Anna's POV
I woke up, wincing at the bright room. "L-Liam?" I reached around to see if he was in the room, before opening my eyes. I groaned and threw my blankets off, walking downstairs.
Liam was sleeping on the couch. My legs were so sore that it wasn't even funny.
I sat on a chair across from the couch and watched Liam as he slept. He was so beautiful. His messy hair, thrown everywhere. He was an angel whilst he slept.
"Anna, I know you're there." He smirked. Damnit. "Wake up, sleepyhead!" I threw a pillow at him. "Ouch!" He whimpered. I giggled and sunk down to help him up. He was surprisingly lighter then I thought he'd be. I smiled.
"What are you smiling about?" He smiles back. I look at him closely, ignoring how close he is to my face. I hear his phone play a melody. "Your phone.." I say, looking at the counter. He groans and walks over.
"Hello?" He answers.
"No... I uh. I can't. Not today." He walks into the other room, continuing to talk. Curiosity got the best of me.. I tiptoe into the kitchen, laying against the wall.
"I can't fight today." He says. My eyes grow wide with fear. He, he f-fights?! I tumble onto the floor and groan.
"I got to go." He hangs up.
He stalks over to me and lifts me up by my wrists. "What did you hear?!" He asks, his eyes poisoned with darkness. "W-whats this fight a-about?" I whimper, trying to tug my wrists away. "Nothing." He lets go and stands in the door way, motioning me towards him. "Where are we going?" I barely whisper. "I'm taking you home." He says. I walk to the door and smile to myself after exiting, getting into his truck.
I sigh, pressing my back against the seat. Was he really taking me home? I hope so.

Before I step out, I feel his hand on my shoulder. I spin around, his hands on my waist, he took something out of his pocket and handed it to me, my phone. I smile. "Thanks, Liam." His eyes glisten with hurt. "Your welcome.." He turns away. "Wait!" I call out. "What's the fight about. Please tell me." I asked, completely hurt that he was leaving me alone. "My trainer, Frank, he has this student and he's been bragging he's the best. That call that I took. It was Frank. He said that Blake has been beating up these other trainers." My eyes widened in fear. "W-what was his n-name?!" I felt my hands tremble with fear. "Blake. Why? Do you know him?! Did he hurt you?!?!" Liam's face was only inches away from mine. I sucked in some breath. "N-no. Nevermind." I lied. I felt Liam's breath linger above me. I shivered. "Y- you should get going." I pull away.
His brown eyes look into mine deeply and nod.
I shut the door after he leaves and slide my back down it, sitting on something hard. I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone.
