"Do you want a drink babe?" I asked as I took my shoes off in the hallway.

"We talking cuppa's?" Brad queried.

"We can be??" I replied with a slight grin.

"Love you babyyyyyy," He sung before we both burst out laughing.

"Honestly you and your cuppa's Curly." I strolled into the kitchen before switching on the kettle and checking my phone. I saw that I had one message so I pressed the icon and I was met by a series of blue and white bubbles with writing within them. I noticed my new message was from 'Trissy' (aka Tristan) and I quickly examined the text.

Trissy

My typing was cut short by the kettle flicking off, indicating it was boiled. I carefully poured the water into mine and Brad's mugs, made the tea, and carried them into the living room. My phone balanced precariously under my arm.

"Here you go love." I said, placing the mugs down.

"Thank you baby," Brad replied before gesturing for me to come sit next to him. I smiled before clicking my phone back on and continuing my message.

Me

"Tris' car's broken down so I'm going to pick him up later on babe,"

"What about Ana? Isn't she coming?" Brad questioned.

"Oh yeah...he didn't mention her, she's probably away seeing her dad up in Manchester."

"Oh yeah that's true." Brad replied as we both began to drink our tea.

"Thank you so much for today baby. It was incredible." I said, a smile twitching at my lips.

"You deserved it baby girl." He said, wrapping his arm around me. "I've missed you so much,"

"I've missed you too handsome," I replied with a smile as my eyes locked on his and I kissed his cheek gently. My eyes wondered to his chest where they found the silver necklace sitting loosely around his neck. Ever since I gave it to Brad he hardly ever takes it off; accept in shows because he's always afraid he'll jump too high and it'll fly into the audience. As my mind reeled back to the memories of my dad, my heart sank as I checked the date on my phone. 31st August. It's today. My dads anniversary. "Brad." I said, forcing the tears to stay hidden away.

"Yeah baby?" He queried.

"Look, I know I've never told you this before but, today's the anniversary of the crash."

"Your dads?" Brad asked, his eyes wide and concerned. I nodded slightly before he pulled me close to him, his heart beat resonating inside my head as he rocked from side to side gently. "Why didn't you tell me before?" He whispered.

"I just, I didn't want it to be something I remembered you know? I don't want it to be something that I have to dread going through every year, I'd hoped I'd forget the date but some things just stick you know?" I confessed. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you,"

"Hey." Brad said, making me sit back slightly as his eyes found mine. "Don't apologise babe,"

"You're not mad?" I questioned.

"Of course I'm not mad. Lau at the end of the day whatever the way you cope with losing him, is the right way. So if that means not telling me stuff like that then okay. I'm here to support you, not bring you down babe."

"I love you so much Bradley." I replied, breathing a sigh of relief before his arms wrapped around my body and squeezed tightly. "But I am going to tell you Brad. You just have a way of making everything easier." I explained. Eventually we parted, but the space between us didn't last long because he slowly crawled on top of me, and connected his lips to mine, one hand clasping my hip and the other resting by my head supporting his weight. I allowed my hands to tangle themselves within his curls as his tongue brushed my bottom lip and I granted it entry. He smiled as I tugged at his shirt, pulling it over his head. "You should just stop wearing tops to be honest." I said breathlessly.

"That would be kinda cold though right? I mean we live in Birmingham." Brad replied smiling as he tossed the top on the floor.

"I'd keep you warm," I said with a wink before we both burst into fits of laughter. Brad's lips connected with the skin on my neck carefully, causing a breath to hitch in my throat as I bit my lip. "B-Brad." I whispered as he giggled slightly. I seized the moment and flipped him over so that I was straddling his lap. I smiled smugly as I attached my lips to Brads, and his hands drew little circles on my back. A moan fell from his mouth as I pushed my hips downwards onto his and I blushed uncontrollably as he kissed me a little harder. "I've got to get ready Curly. Tris needs picking up in...just over an hour and I need to shower and shit," I explained.

"That's filthy language, I ought to wash your mouth out with soap," He replied, tapping my nose as he finished.

"Did you just Grandma me?" I questioned with a giggle.

"I think so..." Brad replied with a laugh.
