Chapter 3

Minhee smiled at him, touched by his words.

"No, not really. But thank you, you're really handsome."

The two just stared at each other again; eyes locked.

And that's when Wonwoo felt his heart racing.

Minhee smiled at him, feeling the world float around them.

But sadly, their beautiful, emotional moment ended when they were disturbed my someone clearing their throat.

They whipped their attention to the person.

That's when it was Minhee's turn for her to heart start racing

It was her bias; Choi Hansol. The Vernon.

Unconsciously, she let out a tiny scream, before she flushed red.

Wonwoo looked at her; frowning.

"Oh, Vernon-ssi. . . .", the deep-voiced boy said in a monotone voice.

Vernon grinned at the both of them.

"Hi beanie - hyung ~".

The youngest looked at the red girl.

"Hello~ You must be Kim Minhee," he grinned at her, which made Minhee blush even more.

"O-oh, yeah. . . H-hi. . . ! U-um, I'm a r - really big fan of yours. . . . !".

The American boy chuckled. "You're so cute."

Wonwoo blinked at the both of them, feeling left out. He cleared his throat, and that's when Minhee and Vernon remembered he was there.

"Oh, sorry, hyung. I forgot you were there," the youngest said sheepishly at the glaring elder before sitting beside Minhee.

And of course, she turned red again.

"A-ahem!", she said scooting away from Vernon, who gave her a puzzled face. She smiled at him, reassuring that he didn't do anything.

"D-don't worry! I-I justㅡ", she said till she was cut off by someone.

"She's just allergic to guys," the person said.

Minhee whipped her attention to the person, finding out it was her best friend, Jinyu.

The petite girl smiled at her sheepishly.

"I'm sorry I'm late~!", Jinyu said, before squinting.

"Um, where do I sit?".

She looked at Minhee, raising a brow.

On the other hand, Minhee smirked.

"Oh, sit beside Wonwoo ~", she cooed and Jinyu turned red.

Well duh, Wonwoo was her ultimate bias!!

The deep-voiced boy smiled, pulling out the chair for her.

"T-Thank you. . . !", she replied in a tiny voice, sitting down.

"So. . . . ", Wonwoo started awkwardly.

Minhee cleared her throat.

"Um, so! How's the Adore U promotions coming along?", Jinyu said with a smile, looking at Vernon.

Vernon shrugged. "It's going on really fine, actually. I'm so glad people actually like us though. I mean, Jihun - hyung and Soonyoung - hyung were great with our debut! And the Hip Hop unit was great with their lyrics, but I had this weird feeling that no one would like me."
