"Hey Savannah. You look nice today." He complimented me. Ugh. He's a stupid jerk. He's a very attractive guy but he's a jerk.

"Thanks." I said with an attitude. I placed my hand on my hip and raised my eyebrows at him as if he wanted something.

"Well damn. Can I not say hi to the girl I've been madly in love with since the 5th grade?" He said as he scratched the back of his head.

"Cameron I was in the 4th grade that time. We were kids. You don't even know what love is." I told him. Cameron's a year older than me. He's a senior. I'm a junior. We have gone to the same daycare, elementary, middle and high school together. If he wasn't that much of a jerk, we could have the bestest friends.

"I do know. And it's you. You have been my love for years." He said. I sighed as he sartrd hesitating.

"Prove it." I told him. He then ran his fingers through his hair.

"I've been doing that. You just don't pay attention. I have been trying to impress you. I always bought you presents for your birthday and for Christmas. You just throw them away." He says as his voice starts fading away. Everytime it's my birthday, he gives me 3 presents. Everytime it's Christmas, like 5 presents arrive at my doorstep. Sometimes I consider him as a creep. And plus, I haven't thrown them away, they're in my closet still not opened.

"Just because you buy me stuff doesn't mean you love me. Love comes from the heart, Cameron. Not from money." I told him with a sigh. He then licked his lips.

"Fine. Then let me prove you how much I love you." He said. I have never given him a chance. I have only dated 1 guy my whole life. But why not. I wanna see what this little bitch got.

"Fine. You have 30 days to prove you love me." I told him. If I didn't give him a chance, he would still be annoying as ever.

"Seriously? After all these years, you finally give me a chance. That's all I ever wanted from you." He said. I guess he's not that much of a bad boy after all.

School ended and I was heading home. For the first time in forever, Cameron actually did his school work and turned everything in. Even the teachers were surprised. He didn't skip class or was on his phone. He was completely clean. I found that a bit off but maybe that's a change for him.

"Hey, Savannah! Wait up!" I heard from behind me. I turned my head backwards to see who was calling me and saw Cameron running to me.

"Oh. Hi" I said. Something of him was also different. I just couldn't put my finger on it.

"Hey... You wanna go get some food?" He asked me. Is that even a question.

"Obviously." I answered him without hesitation. Food is like the only friend I have. It's always there for me when I need it.

"Ok. I know this great place. C'mon." He said as he motioned me to follow him. I really didn't want to because some part of me says that he's gonna rape me. But I went anyway.

"Cameron, where are we going?" I asked him. We were walking on the football field and then to a small forest. Then, there were the restaurants and stores.

"We... We are going to inside-out burger." He said. There was an inside-out burger here? The only inside-out burger I know is like 20 minutes away from here.

"Where's the inside-out burger?" I asked him as I was wandering my eyes around to see if I could find it.

"It's like right behind Walmart." He said. I guess. You never know what's behind Walmart. Walmart was really close. It was just a 10 minute walk from the school. We went in and ordered our burgers.

"You guys are actually really cute together." The cashier lady said referring to Cameron and I. I chuckled.

"We do.... Don't we?" Cameron asked me with a smirk as he placed his arm around my neck.

"I'll go find a table." I said as I slowly took his hand off me. I smiled and walked away to find a table in the corner of the fast food restaurant.

5 minutes later, Cameron came with the burgers, fries and drinks. He sat in front of me as I grabbed a burger. We ordered the same thing. I took a bite of my burger as Cameron starred at me, munching a fry.

"What?" I asked him.

"You look adorable when you eat." He said with a smile. I had to blush at that.

"Uh... Thanks." I told him. He wasn't as bad after all. He wasn't a bad boy. He wasn't a jerk. He was just desperate. He just continued to stare at me.

"Oh my god, Cameron! Stop starring at me." I said with frustration but I still smiled.

"I can't." He said.

"Why not?" I asked him.

"Cause you're too beautiful too look away at." He said.
