“Ahh!”, Yells Jules, After school the next day. “What?!”, I snap. “ One Direction is in town!! Now they can kidnap us”, she squeals. I roll my eyes. “OMG! Seriously? I don’t care Jules” She frowns> “Jeez I wonder what mystery guy will think of your ‘tude”
It wasn’t like I had forgotten about him but the thought of him puts a sizzling sensation into my body. “I could Care less about what he thinks J”
seriously.
“Which means you do care a bunch..” She knows me too well. I ignore her and walk across the street to the old wooden bridge. The planks were a mixture of browns. Unlike Jules, Walking on this Bridge always gives me a mini heart attack (heh!).
As usual, she bounds ahead of me. “What a wimp! We’ve been walking on this bridge for 2 years Mon- Fri”, she teases. She keeps going but my brain is on auto testing the math problem. “520 days…”, I mumble as we head under the hill. “Nerd”, a voice says. Jules Flinches, “Are you Riya’s ‘guy friend’?”
The guy clears his throat multiple times, “Yeah, Why the-” again “Emphasis?” “ I just think its mega weird we havent seen you yet”, J says. He laughs “I’m behind you”
Jules and I slowly turn. Jules drops the come she wielded and screams. I put my hands on my hips and sigh. “ Well J it was your Fantasy.
