Chapter 12

A/N I am sorry for the short chapter but this sets it all up for the next few, plus I thought it was a good clif-hanger, I know I'm mean ;)

Alright also, I have two ideas for the sequel, yes I am doing a sequel for this story, I am actually planning on making this a three book series but to do that I need to know what you guys want. As you have probably realised by now is that Harry and Louis are close in this story with all their little moments, I did that for a reason, that way the next book can be a Larry, even though I find them weird I thought it would be totally adorable if that is what happened, but if anyone is totally against that than I won't, I don't want to ruin this for anyone, so let me know what you guys think. Please I beg of you otherwise this will just be a one story thing :)

Chapter 12

The engine stopped as Louis took out the keys and hoped out of the car. He ran to my side and opened my door for me.

"What a gentleman," I yawned, I have to admit I am extremely tired after the car trip.

"Don't get used to it," Louis laughed, as he helped me out of the car.

"Louis take her inside, we'll get your bags," Harry smiled.

"Sounds like a plan, hey sleepy," Louis replied, I nodded, I could feel my eyelids getting heavy as I started to drift right on the spot.

Next thing I know Louis wrapped one arm around my waist and the other around my knees, he had picked me up bridal style, I wrapped my arms around his neck as I leaned my head on his shoulder, I feel asleep safe in his arms.

Louis's POV

I wasn't surprised when Cade fell asleep in my arms, she didn't sleep the whole way here and I know for a fact that she hasn't been sleeping well full stop and being pregnant doesn't help. She is trying to hide it very well but I know for a fact that the pains have already started, I see it on her face and in her eyes.

I walked up to the front door and just as I reached it the door opened to reveal my mum. She looked at Cade and smiled.

"Hey boo," She whispered.

"No need to whisper mum, she's out," I replied.

"What have you done to the poor things?"

I gasped, "I am offended that you think this is my fault."

"Take her to your room, than come back down, the girls will be home soon."

"As long as they keep it down," I said walking inside and to the stairs.

I was stopped in my tracks when I heard my mum say, "You really love her don't you?"

I looked down at Cade who was still sound asleep in my arms.

"Yeah mum, I do," I replied, making my way up the stairs.

After I laid Cade down in bed, I tucked her in, not after rolling her on her side as I know that is her favourite sleeping position. Taking off her shoes and jacket I started to leave, not after stealing one last glance. She looked so peaceful, her bump was finally visible but I couldn't be happier, even though I know it won't last long.

Upon entering the living room, I found Liam, Niall, Zayn, Harry and mum all sitting around talking.

"She still out?" Liam asked.

"Yep, like a light," I replied.

"Poor thing must be exhausted," Mum added.

"She hasn't been sleeping well, I'll be surprised if she even gets an hour now," I replied.

"And it doesn't help that she insist on keeping herself busy," Harry added.

"Do you think she's keeping busy to keep her mind off things?" Mum asked.

"Definetely," I nodded.

Zayn finally looked up from his phone, "I think I might go lay down."

"Tired?" Niall asked.

"Not feeling to great actually, sorry," Zayn apologised, before running out.

"Poor thing, I hope he feels better soon," Mum said breaking the silence. I wonder what that was all about.

Zayn's POV

I ran up the stairs as quickly as I could and walked into Louis's room, closing the door behind me. What I found broke my heart, Cade was sitting up on the bed clutching her stomach with the obvious look of pain on her face.

I was sitting downstairs, when I got a text that just read, "Help!"

"Cade what's going on?" I asked rushing to her side, I sat beside her, I felt so helpless I didn't know what to do, "Do you want me to get the others?"

She grabbed my arm and let out a groan of pain, "Do they can't know."

"What's going on?"

"Sharp pains."

"The baby?"

"Kicking, I can feel it, it doesn't feel like the baby, just feels like my kidney is about to explode."

I moved next to her and pulled her softly into my arms, I held her close and she fought the pain. I felt so helpless, there was nothing I could do.

After another ten minutes the pain finally started to subside, Cade started to relax as she got heavier, telling me that she was starting to fall asleep again.

"Sorry," She said softly.

"For what?" I asked, I'm confused.

"Putting this on you," She replied.

"Cade it's nothing, I will always be here for you, I get why you don't want to tell the others, I am just glad you told me."

"Thank you," She replied as she got closer.

"How's the pain?" I asked.

"It's ok."

"Go back to sleep, you'll feel better when you wake up."

"Ok," She breathed out weakly, "Stay."

"As long as you want me too."

She rested her head on my chest, and within moments she was asleep. After twenty minutes I figured I better go down before they start to worry. I wiggled from underneath her and walked back down after closing the door behind me.

When I reached the living room, the lads and Jay were exactly where they were when I left, the only difference was that the girls had joined them.

"Hey Zayn, feeling better?" Jay asked.

"Better thanks, I just needed to get it out of my system, I think," I replied.

"As long as you cleaned up," Louis said.

"Louis!" Jay interrupted.

"Sorry mum."

Haha.

"So what did I miss?" I asked sitting down next to Niall and Liam.

"I'm marrying Cade tomorrow," Louis smiled.

"Yep, we have a plan," Harry smirked, ow that can't be good.
