She couldn't believe her eyes, as this mysterious man in a full body red suit handed her a pair of binoculars to take a closer look to these creatures, as she looked, Barry, as she decided to call him, was thinking that this was wrong and it all started because someone wanted to be the only speedster across all dimensions and universes, that speedster being a demon called Zoom, who gave both the red suited and yellow suited man a run for their money, he surpassed them in every way, he is way faster and can effortlessly move through the speed force and manipulate time and space at his will.

He thought "you need a name" and she answered "what? A name?" her eye brows rose as he pronounced that stupid sentence.

"Yeah like a nickname to go with your abilities. What are your abilities btw? They only mentioned that you are able to stop me or slow me down"

She stuttered, she hadn't given it that much thought " i don't really know, why don't we try them?" she contently wondered what kind of powers she could have.

"Yeah sure go ahead" he assured her that it was ok to try her newly acquired powers.

As soon as he gave her a green light, she stretched her arms and focused her mind, to create an ice track and some sharp ice like shaped knives. She was getting frustated and sighed, she noticed that her breath was like a cold wave and picked up that can freeze things steady in place.

Him having witnessed the entire thing quickly thought up of a name for his new partner and came up with "how about Snow Angel or maybe Frost Angel?"

"Snow or Frost Angel? I kinda like the Frost Angel name" he smirked at her when she found of her liking the name he had given her.

"Charlie Two Six respond" she heard someone talking over his earpiece

"Yes Delta Three Niner, i copy ya loud and clear. What is your status?"

"Uhm we have a situation over at the Central City Bridge, can you bring reinforcements? Over"

"What kind of situation?" he asked into the earpiece worried about his teammate well being.

"Uhm Zoom, he's here and causing major damage and massive fear among the survivors"

"Damn. Zoom again? Wasn't it enough that he brought the entire city to ashes?"

"Apparently he wants more control over something"

"Roger. I'm on my way" his transmission ended in static and whooshing sounds.

"Well Frost Angel, we have a mission"

"What? I'm not ready yet"

"We have no more reinforcements, all the other are in the hospital or dead" she was insecure and afraid, and he couldn't blame her until she accepted to go with him.

He scooped her in his arms as he slid down the building at super speed, "The Flash" she whispered

"What did you say?"

"Your codename will be The Flash"

"Flash. I like it"

He zoomed into the distance, heading towards the place his teammate jad told him he needed assistance.

Central City bridge 11pm

"Ok Vibe, just stay where you are, i already called for backup and they should be here any minute now" the man in the yellow suit sternly said to his partner to not make a noise.

"Alright, i hope there are lots of backup" The Vibe had hope on the rescue or help that was coming towards them.

"Wait, i heard a swoosh" The man in yellow stood up thinking of the worst and run to check who or what had just arrived at their position.

"Delta Three Niner over here" he had arrived with reinforcements and Delta was having a hard time believing who Charlie had brought. "Is she going to help us take down Zoom?" he asked sceptical about the newest addition and her possible chances of helping.

"On a count of 3, we run towards Vibe and tell him to stun him for a moment, while we go at him with all we got. Understood?" he indeed did not think this plan through and there were chances of us taking the beating of our lives, but what did we had to loose?
