"Are we...outside?" Alibaba asks. Aladdin looks up and points at something gold with what looks like broken glass in the sky. "Look!"
"So that means.."
"We're still in the dungeon." Ndidi confirms for them. The two boys nod before their attention goes to a flaming pillar a good distance away from where they were standing. Aladdin unfurls his tarp once more and the trio get on it, flying towards the pillar. "Not a soul to be seen..what place is this?" The blonde muses to himself.
"Necropolis." The blonde turn to the two Magi with a look of confusion. "Ugo told me about it awhile ago." Aladdin begins. "Outside the room of Fortitude, there's the City of the Dead, Necropolis." Ndidi looks around, thinking. "I wonder if this is like there." The blonde looks up thoughtfully, then turns back to the two. "Nevermind that, the giant can talk?"
"Not all of him can come out, but he's got a face. He's pretty handsome, ne Ndidi?" Aladdin teases. The girl huffs and looks forward. "He is, I'll admit it." The blonde chuckles. "So he's a friend you brag about huh? When we get that flute back.." He turns to the two Magi. "I want to meet him, and then I want to hear all about you two!" Aladdin and Ndidi nod, smiling.
The trio land under the pillar(it was being generated by some golden dragon statues) and walk in to see another door. They work together to push it open as light shines on them. The opened doors reveal a large room. The room walls are decorated with a foreign language up and down and the floor is littered with metal armors, swords, goblets and more. The three walk down the stairs leading down to the lower part of the floor, taking in the sight before them. Aladdin starts rummaging through the stuff on the floor while Ndidi floats around the room, taking in everything. "Is this our goal?" Alibaba breathes. "The dungeon we've sought after? It's..."
The loud sound of a foot stomping on the concrete behind them causes Alibaba to stop speaking. The three turn to see Goltas, who looks more bloody than before. He suddenly falls over, not saying a single word. Aladdin runs up to him and crouches next to him. "He looks like he's been burned." He states. Ndidi gets closer, the emeralds in her staff blinking. After inspecting him a bit, Alibaba gasps. "Stab wounds?" He looks up, and his eyes widen. "Aladdin!" He cries, but is too late as Morgiana comes flying in, kicking Aladdin in the gut. The kick sends Aladdin flying as he crashes into a wall.
Ndidi shrieks and turns to Morgiana, her pupils now turned to slits as she glares. The alexandrites in her staff blink uncontrollably as lightning sparks around her. "How DARE you!" Alibaba pulls out his dagger when he sees Lord Jamil standing next to Morgiana. "I should be asking the same thing....you pieces of scum...do you know who you point your weapons at?!" He roars. Alibaba scoffs, his grip on the handle of his dagger tightening. "Once you're in a dungeon, your rank is of no importance!" The lord chuckles. "No importance? Don't be stupid..you're nothing but garbage not worthy of living!" Where's Aladdin... Alibaba thinks as he trails his eyes to where Aladdin flew.
"Oh no you don't!" Ndidi growls as she runs after Morgiana(who was running towards Aladdin), striking a lightning bolt at her feet. Morgiana dodges in the nick of time, flipping in mid-air to turn to Ndidi. She's taken aback by how different the Magi's mood was from before. It had a more deadly and threatening feel to it. "NO ONE HURTS ALADDIN UNDER MY WATCH!" She yells, striking her staff down as more lightning is summoned to strike Morgiana. Luckily, thanks to her quick feet, she narrowly dodges it. The sound of Lord Jamil's struggles catches Morgiana's ear, causing her to be distracted long enough for Ndidi to slam her staff into her gut, causing the Finalis girl to stumble back. This goes on for sometime, the Magi firing lightning at the slave girl, and the slave girl dodging and dancing around the blasts.
"Morgiana! I order you to save me at once!" Lord Jamil commands from where he was forced down.. Alibaba scoffs, muttering about how she won't hear but near misses a kick to the head from the called girl. Ndidi huffs, pleased with the fact Aladdin is nowhere near the girl and watches from a distance. She can see the tension in Alibaba's body from the shock of Morgiana coming to Jamil's aid so quickly. The lord smirks at tension, thinking he has the upper hand now. "What's wrong boy? Ready to give up?" He taunts. The blonde looks at the pink-haired slave, teeth gritting. "Hey...how long will you follow this guy?" He starts. "it's a dungeon! You could escape Lord Jamil and no one would give you crap!" He sheathes his dagger and holds out his hand. "You can be free!"
