The metal clings to my body and bends as i land on the s.h.i.e.l.d headquarters roof. The wind races along my suit and echos inside me.

"Let them go Loki." I demand, through anger bubbling inside me.

Loki stands facing me on the roof, his back to the road below.

"You should recognise this place. This roof. Where Nancy took her last breath." He teases, his eyes glimmering. I raise my palm towards him and the blue light fills with power.

"Don't make me tell you again." I hiss.

"Tell me what? But wait. Where's your precious husband? Have you not figured it out yet?" He questions, the questions spinning in my head.

"Jarvis, send a signal to my dad, and find Zeke."

"Im distracting you." He hisses.

"Why? Distracting me from what?" I demand. His eyes travel through me and i slowly turning around. Expecting the worse.

But nothing can prepare me for what I see. A man in black is holding Lucas and Hope by rope, their hands tied in front of them and stood close to the edge of the roof. Lucas' eyes are full of fear, tears staining his face and Hope's eyes are pure blue but shows no emotion but fear. My heart tightens inside me, tears filling my eyes.

"Please no." I whisper, shaking my head. "Jarvis, time to try out the new mind reading device."

"And to your right." He points out.

I turn my head to the right and see another man in black, holding a rope, linked to Zeke. He stands on the edge of the roof, his hands tied in front of him. He smiles over at me but i see the fear swim in his eyes.

"Who is it? Who have you been getting help from?" I ask, turning to him.

"Haven't you figured it out? But you're a genius." He smirks.

"An Avengers child." I whisper, i had this feeling all along.

"Who? Which one? Why?" He asks all the question i beg to be answered as he spins his staff in his hand, the blue light shining.

Suddenly, the door to the left of me is swung open and out walks a small figure dressed in a black cape, the hood pulled over her head. They walk towards Loki, turn around to face me.

"My special assistant." Loki introduces.

The figure pulls their hood down. Her brown hair flows in the afternoon wind, her eyes shining green. Amelia. Doctor Banners daughter.

"Oh, Amelia." I sigh, shaking my head.

"Hello, Mrs Stark." She smiles, showing her pearl white teeth.

"Why?"

"I don't get noticed, i get no attention. Just because Im normal, Im not like my dad. He doesnt care about me. Loki saved me."

"How did he save you?"

"He offered me attention. Loki is like a father to me." She admits.

"Loki let my family go!" I demand.

"Pick a roof to save." He teases.

"You like playing games, don't you?" I ask.

"Its fun." Amelia admits.

"Pick one." Loki demands.

"Don't make me. Please." I beg.

"Play the game!" He shouts.

"I-I don't know." I mutter.

"You have 10 seconds." He announces.

"Hope and Lucas." I shout.

"Go get them." He orders.

I place my hands by my side, palms down and fly over the roofs. Im halfway when i hear a male scream and hover to see Zeke fly off the roof.

"Zeke!" I scream but my voice comes out as a whisper.

I push my hand forward and explosives are released to Loki. Amelia doesnt move from his side and i sigh. I fly to Lucas and Hope, shoot the man holding them and he collapses, dead. Lucas and Hope sprint up to me and cling to my body. I raise my helmet and kiss their foreheads.

"Is dad dead?" Hope asks, tears straining her face.

"I d-don't know." I whisper. My heart broken into a thousand peices like a jigsaw. A jigsaw that will never be complete. Lucas shakes against me, his tears crashing onto my suit.

"Go to the bottom floor, hide and I'll come find you. Take this." I demand as i hand Hope a red shaped button tracking device.

I fly down to the ground and land, then call Zeke's phone. It goes straight to voicemail. I look over at the building he was on and the ground below. No sign of him.

Zeke, please be okay.
