I return to work the next day, the first day since the computer exploding in my face. My office has been redone, all the glass replaced and a new desk. A huge banner is pinned on my office door with Welcome Back written on it and a basket of muffins are on my desk. But the old computer is there.

I unplug the computer screen and pick it up. I walk to the window, slide it open and throw it out, watching as it smashes into peices on the ground. Two men turn and look up at me.

"Heads." I shout and close the window.

I walk to my door, open it to see Pepper sat at her desk to the right.

"Pepper?" I ask.

Her head snaps up at me, a huge red smile covering her face.

"Yes?"

"Can you buy me a projector please. The most advanced one possible and i need it today as i just threw my computer out of the window." I explain, smiling innocently.

"Out of the window?" She repeats.

"Yep. Thanks." I reply as i go back into my office.

I sit in my office chair and pick up a muffin, i bite in as the blueberries fill my mouth.

An hour and the Irish builder finishes screwing the projector in, i pay him and he walks out.

I pull out the screwdriver from my tool bag and unscrew the wires at the back. I then cross the wires and insert new ones for Jarvis. He appears on the wall opposite, behind my desk and i smile as i jump off the chair.

"Welcome back Jarvis." I say.

"Good Afternoon, Miss Skye." He announces.

"I need you to sync to my home computer."

"Syncing will take 32 minutes." He explains and a blue bar appears on the screen. There's a knock at the door and i shout for them to come in. A pal brunette marches in.

"Sorry to disturb you, Miss. But Hope and Lucas haven't returned from their brave."

"How late are they?" I ask, my mind racing.

"An hour."

"Okay, thanks. I'll deal with it." I reply and he marches out.

I pull my phone out and dial Hope's number, but then remember i took her phone away. I then dial Lucas, it goes straight to voicemail.

I race to the elevator and go to every floor, shouting them.

Maybe they didn't realise the time. Nothing has happened to them. Stop worrying.
