Third Person's Pov

It's been a while since they've seen each other. They've been dating for a while, but Seto had to leave for about a year or so. Now he's back; and he's terrified. Scared of the possibility his love could've moved on. Went on with his life, finding another lover, and forgetting about the poor sorcerer. He stands in front of the door leading to their shared home, yearning to open the door and announce his presence, but scared of what might await him.

After having a small war with himself, he finally unlocks and opens the front door. The comforting smell of vanilla hits him and he calms down. He walks inside, shutting the door behind him. He drops his keys on the small table by the door and he looks around, inhaling the familiar scent with the faint trace of Bryce's cologne. 

"Bryce?" Seto calls out. He hears a slight thud from upstairs and running footsteps as Bryce runs down the stairs, skipping over two with each rushed step.

"Seto!" Bryce cries out, hugging his very missed lover. Seto hugs him back tightly, fighting back tears of joy. He savors the time in the taller man's embrace.

"Oh God... Seto, I missed you so much," Bryce whispers.

"I missed you too," Seto replies. After staying in a very long (but comfortable) hug, Bryce shifts and startles Seto. He glances up at Bryce and notices the nervous and worried expression on his boyfriend's face immediately. 

"What's wrong?" He asks him.

"I-Its nothing. I'm just happy you're back," Bryce tells him, smiling in a weak attempt to hide his worry.

"I don't believe that. Has something happened?" Seto presses on, determined to find out whats bothering Bryce. He sighs and Bryce leaves the hug and looks at the floor. Seto suddenly becomes scared as Solace doesn't say anything.

"You didn't... Find someone new, did you?" Solace mutters. Seto tenses up then stifles a sigh of relief.

"No. Of course not. Why?" Seto questions.

"Just... Wondering. I'm happy you haven't," Solace replies.

"How could you think that?" Seto murmurs.

"I just thought that maybe you would've found someone better than me," Bryce says. Seto's shoulders slump down as he lets go of Bryce, grabbing both his hands in his and staring directly into his eyes.

"Bryce, I could never find anyone better than you. You know why?" Seto asks.

"Why?"

"Because I love you, okay? I love everything about you and that's never going to change. You're the very  best and it'll always be that way," Seto tells him. Bryce smiles slightly and he leans in/down and Seto meets him halfway.

So, Bryce hasn't found someone new. We were thinking the exact same thing and we were scared of losing one another. Yep, he's the very best.
