Chapter 2-Let's Go On A Date

"So how was your Summer Break?" Luke asked in an uneasy voice. "It was great! I got to meet with Emma." Andi said smiling like an idiot. Then Luke just remembered that Andi became Emma's guardian. They became silent for a while and soon Andi broke the silence by saying " I'll head to my room and see if Kim arrived.". "Okay bye I Guess." Luke said and Andi smiled and waved at him at the same time before leaving. "Wow why did I did that?" Luke scolded himself for being shy around her.

When Andi arrived at her room she saw that everything was still the same and she took Hex out of her bag and placed him in the bookshelf. She then sat on her bed and thought to herself "Was I a little quiet around Luke?" Then she said "Nahhh". Soon there was a knock on the door and Cameron was checking all the dorms. "Oh hey Cameron. Did you just got here?" said Andi. "Hey Andi and no I was at my room the whole time. Also Kim will be coming soon." Cameron replied and Andi nodded. "Okay thanks Cameron" she closed the door and lay on her bed.

Suddenly Andi heard the sound of keys jiggling and the door opened and showed Kim. "Kim!!" Andi said and Kim replied "Andi!!". They both ran and hugged each other. Andi then saw that Kim got her hair straightened and she said "Kim you look much better with your hair." Kim replied " Thanks..Wait does that mean my old hair made me look weird?". "No but this hair suits you better." Andi said smiling. "I wonder how Ethan and Emily are going to practice this semester since Ruby got expelled ." Kim said feeling sorry. "I heard that there is a new guardian that will take over Ruby's place and train her wits" Andi said. Then there was a knock at the door and Kim went to check who was there. "Oh! Luke how great to see you." Kim said. "You too Kim and nice hairstyle now do you mind if I talk to Andi privately?" Luke said super fast and smiled at the end. "Okay sure she's all yours." Kim teased him and Luke's ears became red.

"Preppy? Did you need something?"Andi asked confused. "Uhhhh." Luke said and then he looked down. He took a deep breath and used all of the courage he had and said "Andi would you like t-some water?" Luke said. He then hit himself and said "Man up!" Andi then replied "I already have some water" then Luke said "Wait! Andi" he looks down "I was wondering if you would like to go out on a date.Man that was hard to say" Luke felt accomplished after saying that. Andi then thought about it and said "Well...."
