She pulls me into an embrace and I hug her back. It feels good to see your best friend.

We pull back from our hug. "I can't believe it's really you..I've tried contacting you!!" She's says smiling. I've missed her smile. Hannah hadn't changed.

"I got my number changed..I'm sorry I..." Taking a breath I started again. "I thought everyone hated me so I didn't want to talk to anyone anymore"

"I would never hate you..I'll always be here for you Mauri!!"

"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you and your pregnancy...who's this beauty??"

"It's ok!! I was a hormone mess honey!!...this is Ah-lan-zee" she picked the small child up from her standing position. She was Hannah everything they were twins of different ages. Literally! She was so cute with her little gold boots and curly pigtails. "How old are you Alanzi??" She asked the baby.

The little doll baby held up one finger and smiled; revealing her three teeth on top and two on bottom. She smiles like her mommy too. "Aww..she just turned one I'm guessing??"
"Yes..she's too much for a one year old!!"

"You have so much to tell me about your new family, school, and how you've been!!" I whispered yelled.

"I know I kno-" her phone buzzing cut off her words.

"What the hell??"

"What happened??..."

"My boyfriend has my car and was supposed to pick us up from here..we went to go visit my aunts in Florida.."

"That's crazy we were in Florida too..me and Trey will take you and Alanzi home" the little girl smiled when I said her name. She reminds me so much of Hannah.

"Ok" she says picking up her luggage and, I grab her diaper bag and little Alanzi's hand.

"Thank you so much" she says. I smile at Hannah.

She laughs and looks down at Alanzi who's making faces at her. She returns. My 17 year old Hannah has grown up.
Flash back to how and when Hannah got pregnant!!.....

Me and Hannah were both juniors in high school. We are and definitely were very close friends. One night we were invited to a party at a popular jocks house Russell Valentina. Hannah got played by him, a fuck boy. He took advantage her, convinced her that they were together when he talked to every girl.

My poor love blind Hannah loved him so much that she let him play her. She didn't know it, she was blinded; she was in love. After many months of playing around with her; I told her what he was doing. I told her he was cheating and she didn't believe me. I couldn't take it anymore; his cheating got so bad to the point where I had to smack her, really hard for her to understand. But it was to late she was already pregnant.

Hannah's parents didn't take it so well they were pissed. But they made her get a job and finish school early. When she was around three months pregnant I had to switch schools because of my parents divorce. She was so determined, so set on surviving, and providing for her child I let her be.

I still thought she was mad so I didn't ever contact her again. I regret it..Hannah has no sisters..No one was there for her except for her parents. Teenagers didn't want to deal with a baby that wasn't their's, so none of our "friends" helped out. I missed out on a lot because, of my own selfish thoughts. Typical me.

When we got in the car Hannah put little Alanzi in between us and, Trey put both of our luggage in the trunk. After introducing everyone to Hannah, she told me everything. She told me about her court battle with her ex, Russell.
