chapter 51

After a long discussion with all the guys and girls, kai planned for a dinner date at a restaurant.He booked the entire restaurant for naeun. He dressed himself in an elegant suit pulled his car keys and ran to his luxurious car. He drove his car to naeun's house to pick her up. Naeun's dad welcomed his future son in law inside the house and offered some coffee.

Kai: Uncle where is naeun?

Mr.Son: She is getting ready. You know, girls!!

Kai and Mr.Son chuckled. Kai was restless. He wanted to fly to the restaurant with naeun and quickly propose to her.Mr.Son observed kai and said "I will go call her". He got up and was ready to leave but stopped.

He turned round and said "Kai, why don't you go to her room and check yourself". Kai's eyes brightened he quickly replied "yes". He ran to her room upstairs and quickly fixed himself before knocking the door. Naeun opened the door when she heard the knock and her eyes widened when she saw kai standing at the door.

Naeun: Oppa...when did you arrive?.... I am sorry... I am late.

Kai: It's okay. I arrived just now.

Kai then gave a 'will you not invite me inside' look to naeun and she got it.

Naeun: Umm...come in.

Kai went into her room and scanned every corner. He was surprised at first and blushed later when he found his photograph near her bed.He could not control his cheekbones.

Naeun: Oppa let me just put the necklace on and I am done.

Kai: okay.

Naeun was trying hard to wear the necklace. It was the same necklace which kai gave her. Kai saw her struggling and went near her to help her out.

Kai: Let me help you.

Naeun: okay.

He brushed her hair to one side of her shoulder and helped her wear the necklace.

Kai: There, done.

Naeun: Thank you.

Kai hugged her from back and naeun looked at him in the mirror.

He said "You look gorgeous tonight" while looking at her in the mirror. Naeun blushed and said "Thank you".

Kai: Shall we go, princess?

Naeun: Yes, my prince.

He opened the door for her and drove his car to the restaurant. When they arrived at the restaurant, naeun was surprised to see the whole restaurant empty.

Naeun: Why is the restaurant empty?

Kai: No idea.

Kai shrugged his shoulders. Naeun was suspicious but she didn't pay much attention.

They sat at the table in the middle of the restaurant.

Naeun: Oppa, how come you brought me on a date today?

Kai: Can't I bring you on a date?

Naeun: I mean what's the occasion....on that isn't it weird the whole restaurant is empty.

Kai: Naeun, Isn't it enough if I am here?

Naeun: Well yeah.

Kai: What do you want to eat?

Naeun: Anything is fine.

Kai ordered her favourite food and they were waiting for the food.

Exo and apink were in the restaurant evesdropping.

Eunji: What are we doing here?

Sehun: To see that this plan doesn't flop.

Chorong: He is doing fine. Let's just go back.

Kyungsoo: This is kai we are talking about. I am sure he isn't going to say even a word.

Suho: I am sure he will do it today.

The food arrived and naeun and kai were enjoying their meal. Kai chuckled when he saw naeun stuffing the food in her mouth.

Kai: Woah..Slow down

Naeun spoke with her mouth full "I was so excited because of this date that I forgot to eat my breakfast and lunch".

Kai was touched when he heard that. He smiled and wiped her mouth with a tissue. Naeun smiled at him. They fed each other and talked about random things. They finished their food and simply sat but kai was still fidgeting.

Exo and apink were getting tired of waiting.

Namjoo: When is he going to do it?

Kyungsoo gave an 'I told you' look to suho.

Sehun: I knew this was going to happen so I arranged for an alternative plan.

The waiter placed the dessert on the table and he put a glass of white wine instead of water in front of kai. Kai drank that and started getting dizzy. He was totally drunk and stared at naeun. He went near her and held her hand. Naeun gulped and asked "oppa, why are you acting strange suddenly?"

Kai smiled and pulled her into his embrace. He stared into her eyes and caressed her cheeks with his thumb.Naeun whispered "oppa". Kai stared at her lips and touched them using his thumb. He slowly brushed his lips against hers. Naeun closed her eyes and kissed him back. He broke the kiss and whispered "I love you". Naeun smiled and replied him "I love you too".

Kai: Naeun I want to tell you that.....no...ask you...

Kai: Naeun...will you..m

Kai passed out and fell on naeun at the right time. Naeun held him and helped him to sit on the chair.

Naeun: Oppa.

She called for help and waiter told that he had wine.

Naeun: What?? Oppa doesn't drink....what should I do now?

Meanwhile, exo and apink were frustrated on watching kai passing out.

Chanyeol became hyper and said "I am going to kick him now". Baekhyun caught him and calmed him down.

Baekhyun: Sehun you idiot, you know he doesn't drink.

Sehun: I thought it will help him.

Bomi: Not again. God knows what will happen with those two.

Exo and apink pretended as they came to the same restaurant by coincidence and helped naeun and kai.
