The break-in

Hi!!! Sorry i havent updated in a while :(. Anyway , this is it .... They are about to break into Arthur's room and find out his secret !! SUSPENSE :):):):) :o ;)

After a week of planning , Lilly and Bell finally had their master plan. They had decided to break in when he was out at the shops on Wednesday. It would be better then because they would have more time. They were very nervous , excited and frightened about what they might find in his bedroom.

"So , this is it then ," said Bell as she gathered their stuff into the small purple bag they were bringing. "Yeah , unless he decides to come home ," laughed Lilly nervously. They had not told each other but they both knew that each person had been thinking of things that could go wrong. "So are you ready to do this then ?" Asked Lilly. "Yep definitely !" Said Bell confidently. They made their way to the light red painted door that was covered in one direction posters and pushed it open. "We'll have to go up another flight if stairs first before the mission really starts," Bell informed Lilly but of course she already knew that because they had went over it when they were planning. They went over to the stairs and slowly started making their way up the next flight. It seemed to take hours to get there but they finally did. Arthur's room was the only room on that floor and it was at the end of the hall. "There it is ," said Bell. "Yeah. You ready?" Asked Lilly nervously. Bell nodded her head and they slowly made their way to his door.

With shaking hands they edged the door open a centimetre. They couldn't really see anything but the stretch of grey wall so they pushed it a bit further. "Wow ," breathed Bell. "Wow ," repeated Lilly.

Inside the room that they thought to be scary and plain was a sparkling gold mirror sitting on a beautiful old oak dresser and beside the mirror was a very thin , dark brown strip of wood. " I don't remember mum buying him this ," whispered Bell pointing to the mirror. "I wonder where he got it ," whispered back Lilly whose eyes were still transfixed on it. Bell shrugged ; it seemed she wasn't really interested in the mirror anymore. "Why would he have this ," she exclaimed as she picked up the strip of wood and started to examine it. "I don't know ," said Lilly who was now looking around the rest of the room keen to find more things to look at and she did. "OMG ," she breathed. She walked towards the corner of Arthur's bedroom. Here there was a huge pile of old , thick books with funny names , an enormous tortoise with a pink and green glittering shell and a box full of multicoloured sparkles. "This is incredible !"Bell whispered / shouted. " I know ," whispered Lilly back. She picked up one of the dusty books and read the title ' Transfigure Today!' and another one read 'Guide to tortoises and Their Properties'. All the books had weird titles like that like : vanquishing vampires and banishing banshees. " Lilly , I think that Arthur's a - "she was cut off. "What are you two doing in here ?" said a familiar boring , yet angry voice.
