A/N: SORRY IT'S LATE! HOPEFULLY THIS CHAPTER IS GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE UP FOR IT! I SORRY!
CHLOE'S POV
It's time for the party. I don't know if I'm excited or nervous. Maybe a little bit of both. I've decided to go as Minnie Mouse because the only costume item I could find in my house was a pair of mouse ears from our Disney World trip when I was seven. I'm wearing a red skirt with paper polka dots pasted onto it and a black long sleeved shirt.
I walk downstairs in my costume and grab my bag and coat from the closet my our front door. My dad is washing the dishes from dinner. The dinner I didn't participate in.
"Where are you going?" He asks while I tie my boots.
"Party." I respond and he raises his eyebrows.
"Do you have a ride home?" He asks, drying one of mom's favourite plates.
"Probably." I shrug.
"Ok." He turns back to his dish washing and I leave the house, slamming the door behind me.
Danny's car is parked in front of my tiny house. I climb into the backseat beside Eliot. Celia is sitting in the passenger's seat with her feet up.
"Hey." Eliot smiles at me and I smile back.
"Hi. What are you supposed to be?" I ask, looking at his costume.
"I'm Sheldon!" He exclaims. "From The Big Bang Theory." He adds when I don't catch on.
"Oh." I look over at Celia and Danny. "Where are your costumes?" I ask and Celia scoffs.
"No honey. I don't do costumes." She says and I looks to Danny. He just shrugs.
"We going to pick up Flora now?" I ask, changing the subject.
"Yeah." Danny nods his head. "I wonder what she's dressed up as."
We drive through a couple neighborhoods and park in front of Flora's apartment building. I text her to tell her that we're here and I see her bedroom light turn off. A minute later she exits the building and runs towards the car.
She's wearing tight lack leather pants, a skin tight black crop top, and black ankle boots. Her hair is tied up in a ponytail and she's wearing black cat boots. She's draw cat whiskers on her face and attached a tail to her pants.
She bends down to open the car down, revealing her cleavage, and sits in the backseat beside me. She flips her hair over her shoulder and puts her seat belt across her shoulder.
"Wow. You actually look, uh..." Danny is as speechless as the rest of us.
"Hot." Celia finishes for him.
"Thanks!" She says and looks genuinely happy. I've only seen her look that way a few times since I've known her.
I don't know whether I should be happy or worried for her.
"Let's go partay!!" She yells and Danny cheers.
"Please don't say partay ever again." Celia says and Flora rolls her eyes.
