Louis P.O.V

We pulled up to a rundown building

and I picked Brenley out of my lap

and set her on Niall's. "I will be right

back." I whispered and opened the

car door and hopped out. I took a

heavy breath as I started up what

seemed like an endless amount

of stairs until I reached the top.

I hesitated for a second before I

knocked on the door.it seemed

like hours but was just minutes until

the door flew open and she smiled

at me nicely. "Hi! My name is Sarah.

What brought you here today?" she kindly

asked me. "I would like to adopt Brenley."

I told her politely. "May I ask why?"

Sarah asked rather rudely. "We have

really bonded, and she seems like a

sweet girl. I want to give her the life she

deserves!" I stated proudly with my answer.

"As long as I get that brat out of my hair I am

fine. Take her." she spat out at me. "Okay

well can I get her stuff and then sign her

papers." I kindly asked. "One sec." she

told me then rushed up the stairs. A few

minutes later she threw a jumper at me

and told me to leave. I didn't hesitate this

lady was honestly starting to creep me out.

I quickly walked outside and the wind

slapped me against my face as I walked

towards the car. "Is something wrong?"

Liam asked. "Nope all good, that lady

didn't even question me or make me sign

anything." I responded while I put the

jacket in the seat beside me and scooped

Brenley out of Harry's arms. "You are my

daughter now miss Brenley Tomlinson."

I quietly whispered in her ear and kissed

her on her forehead. "I will not let anything

bad happen to you ever again!" I stated confident

that she would be protected. "Okay let's go

home. Cancel our plans for the day she needs

some rest." I commanded. Nobody seemed

against that idea and we started driving home.
