Working with him

You were in class staring at your crush, Y/C/N. You kept imagining you and him being a couple, holding hands, hugging, etc. You were so consumed by the thought that you didn't realize you've been staring at him for the past 5 minutes. He looks back at you, catching you staring. Your face begins to turn bright red. Your heart began to beat rapidly.
As he sees this, a friendly smile crept to his lips.
"Ok class" Your teacher says as she claps her hands. "Partner up! The assignment is on the board." She announces as she sits back down at her desk.

Y/C/N gets up from his desk and sits at the desk that's directly next to you.

"Hey, wanna be partners?"

You were startled by this question.

"Um sure."

He smiles as he pulls his desk towards you.

"So um it says that we need to create a small painting that symbolizes an emotion." You stated.

"Yeah. So what emotion do you want to do?"

"Hmm......relaxation. Just because there's so many things you can paint with that emotion."

"Clever. I like it." He smirked.

After twenty minutes of planning the project, the bell run.

"If you didn't complete the project, please do it at your partner's house or after school. The project is due next class." The teacher announced.

"Hey um do you want to come to my house to complete the project?" Y/C/N

"Yeah." You tried to sound as cool as possible but in your mind you were screaming.

"Ok so here's my number." He says as he writes down his number. "Text me so I can text you the address."

"Okay." You smile.

~After school ~

You: Hey it's Y/N. Can you send me your address.

Him: Yeah. Here it's is: **********

You: Thanks. What time should I come over?

Him: Uh, now would be ok

You: K

After texting him, you jumped up and down excitedly, and playfully danced around your room.

"Mom! Can I go to a friend's house to do a project?"

"Sure honey."

You grabbed your stuff and headed outside with your mom to the car. You handed your mom your phone on the text the address was on, and she typed it into the gps.

After 15 minutes, you arrive his house.

"Ok bye mom!" You say.

"Bye honey."

You knock on his door. Once the door opens, you see Y/C/N in a gray tee and Adidas sweat pants, which made you weak.

"Hey, come in." He gestured inside.

You walked in and were truly captured by the inside of his house. It was absolutely beautiful.

"Nice house."

"Thanks." he smiles. "Come, my room is up stairs."

You both walk up stairs to the first room on the right. Out laid some papers and paint.

"I was thinking, how about we paint a landscape? I mean that's pretty relaxing." He suggested.

"Great idea."

You both sat down as you started to think of what kind of landscape you were going to paint. Once you both had the idea of what to paint, you picked up the brushes and began.

While you both paint, you start to talk to one another and start to bond and even find a few things in common.

After a few minutes of painting, he accidentally gets paint on your hand.

"Oh sorry."

You decide to playfully get paint on his hand.
"Oh you're getting it now" He said as he slid the paint brush on my nose.

"Argh" You said as you tried to get paint on his nose.

You both continue to have a small paint fight. Afterwards, you both laid down on the floor laughing.

"Hey, we should hang out more." He smiled.

"Yeah, we should." You smiled back.
