They stayed at a hotel that night. Bonnie was so tired, it was mostly because of Damon's bickering.

I started the car. I drove as fast as I could without thinking, then something stopped me. I heard a voice. It was so familiar.
"Bonnie stop the car now." The voice said.
I stopped the car and looked to my side. I couldn't believe who I saw. How was he there? He's dead.
"Kai" I said.
He started kissing me passionately.
"You don't know how much I've wanted to do that" he said as he rested his palm on my cheek.
He bit his lip.
I was speechless, I felt compelled to him for some reason.
We get out of the car. He pins me to the car and kisses my lips again. This time there's a lot of kissing and biting my lips. We get in the backseat of the car and he starts undressing me, Well more like starts ripping my clothes off. He breathes heavily as he kisses and sucks on every inch of my body.
He undresses himself as fast as he can and enters me without hesitating. I tug on his hair and dig my nails on his back as he pleasures me.
I felt the car move as Kai rocked into me.
Kai moaned, "you - feel so good baby"

Bonnie woke up and gasped loudly. Bonnie had mixed feelings about this. It was a dream but it felt so real for her, almost as if she was living it.
"You okay Bon?" Damon asked.
"Yeah I'm ok, just a nightmare" Bonnie replied.
Bonnie goes back to sleep.
Damon knew this wasn't a nightmare, she had heard the little witch moaning Kai's name.
