Chapter 2

THE NEXT MORNING :

I woke up in a very good mood thinking of how sweet Harry had been the night before. That was an amazing gift. I was wondering whether it was not just a dream? I mean it could have been you know... Just then i received a cute text message form Harry asking me if i could come to his place today. I eventually accepted and started getting dressed knowing that I did not dream. It truly happened and I was euphoric just thinking of it.

AT HARRY'S HOUSE :

There, I found that Harry and his best friend, Zayn, were playing on their ' Wii '

" Hi guys ! " i said as i closed the door.

" Hey ! Raybans ! How are you ? " Louis said mischievously. Louis really did shitty jokes sometimes..

Harry then put the game on PAUSE and came towards me. He gave me a hug and then a smack and I could not hide my joy. Harry then proudly said :

" Hi babe. How are you today ? "

" I'm fine and how's my curly-haired man ? " I answered. I really tried playing the role but ended up laughing

" I think I'm the happiest and luckiest man of the world ! " he said as he took my hand and turned to Louis.

" Hey Loueh ! I've got something important to tell you ! I'm going out with Rebecca. "

He bit his lips waiting for an answer from Louis. Finally, Louis smiled and gave him a high five saying :

" Hey ! I'm so happy for both of you guys ! "

Then his smile faded as he said :

" Wait.. Bro.. Isn't she already taken ? "

Harry opened his mouth for a reply but I interrupted him as i said :

"I'm... In fact, i've already planed to leave Nathan before Harry asked me out but.. Nathan's not answering the phone ! "

" Right ! But you know, Harry's a good guy. Don't break his heart 'cause I care for him more..." Louis sniggered.

"SHUT UP LOUIS !" , Harry sniggered under his breath.

" Let me try to call Nathan ! " I said just to ease up the tension. Then Harry exclaimed :

" I'm going prepare the brunch for us three, "

As Harry went to the kitchen, Louis came towards me with a wicked smile and whispered :

" I have a strong feeling that we're gonna be partners in crime. Make your best not to disappoint me. "

I nodded with a big smile and went into Harry's room to call Nathan and again he did not answer. So, I left him a message on his voicemail as i was tired of calling again and again. I then went into the kitchen where Harry and Louis were waiting for me to take the brunch.

" So, what happened ? " Harry asked.

" He didn't take the call. I left him a message on his voicemail saying I was breaking up. I'm tired of calling and wasting time, our time" I said before giving him a short but passionate kiss.

IN THE AFTERNOON :

Louis went shopping with Tiffany, my best friend (But considered her as my sister that I've always wanted to have) with whom he was in relationship for nearly two years now. So, Harry and I had the house for the rest of the day and we decided to watch some films. After watching ' The Notebook ' , one of his favorite films, Harry went to his room and came back with a white envelope. He gave it to me saying :

" Here's your birthday gift ! I forgot to give it to you yesterday. Again, happy birthday my love "

I opened the envelope and found two air tickets for Rome.

- " There's one for me and one for you. I've already booked our stay at an hotel there and i hope you like your gift '' , he said with a warm smile.

I gave him a smack and said :

"Oh ! Thanks babe but you didn't have to do all that, that's too much "

" Rebecca, I love you and I want to spend time with you. Just remember that. " , Harry said with conviction as he hugged me. He then continued : " The ticket is for Friday. You have two days to do your packing and then we're flying to Rome ! "

That gift made my day. I would not even dare to dream about this. Harry was an amazing boyfriend and i really wanted to go there with him but I had to ask my dad for permission and I think that a miracle is needed for him to let me go with Harry. But I would not give up, that's too easy.. I had to try.

AT HOME :

We were all at table ; my dad, brother, sister, and me. Mom died last year as she had a breast cancer. That was a really hard moment for us four but that made me the way I am today  and dad and I are much closer than before and we both know how to help and understand each other when needed. Now there was only dad to take care of us but I tried to help him whenever I could. At table, I was busy thinking of what Edward, my dad, could tell me about the trip to Rome. Seeing that he was in a very good mood although that my sister and brother were yelling as monkeys, i decided to ask him for that on the same day.

- Dad ? I don't remember if I told you that... Harry and me are going out and....

- Oh yeah ! You did darling ! You're telling me that every time you have the occasion to do so.

- Right, uhm... You know , as birthday gift, Harry gave me air tickets to Rome and..

- And you want me to let you go with him ?

- Yeah pleeeeeeaseee !

- Okay then ! You can. You're now nineteen and I think that he's a good guy. He won't harm you. Or I mean, he can't or I'll have to use my gun.

- Wait what ? Did you just say yes ?

- I said yes ! You can go ! , he said laughing

- Oh my goooood ! Thanks dad ! I love you so muuuuuuch ! , i said as i hugged him.

I then ran to my room to send to Harry a text message to tell him I was coming with him. I was so excited and immediately started packing up to avoid wasting time.
