Chapter 15

After explaining to the nurse and pretty much everyone in the Hospital who Jack was, everyone flipped. So many questions were asked and too many answered. You called texted your parents and told them about Jack.

You: Hey mom. Hey Dad. Jack is visible to the world.

Parents 👪: Honey, that's insane. Jack is just an imaginary friend!

You: No! I can send you a few pics of me and him.

You send your parents close ups of him and you together. One of you poking him in the face and making a poker face. Then there is one of you kissing his cheek and him squinting his eyes with joy. For the win, to get your parents to really believe it's him, you took a pic of him holding you.

You: (insert mind pics of what I told u)

Parents 👪:....WHAT?!?! WHO IS THAT?!!?

You: it's Jack.

Parents 👪: Thats just a normal boy with white hair Darling.

You: No he isn't.

You send them a video of him doing his freezing thing and him flying.

Parents 👪: HOW?

You: come to my Hospital.

After 20 minutes of waiting, your parents walk in. Your dad shakes his hand. "Oo! Your hands are really cold, uh, Jack I believe?" Jack nods. "Jack. Jack Frost." He says rocking back and forth on his toes and heels. Still a cheesy smile on his face. "Now (Y/N) showed us some videos of you used voodoo powers. I don't believe it." Your dad says. Jack just chuckles. "Its not voodoo powers sir. It's just ice. See, watch." Jack takes his staff and freezes the floor. "See. I told you I wasn't lying." You say to your parents.

They stay for a while and talk to you and Jack. Then they finally leave. They aren't as close to you anymore. In fact, your parents were kind of bitches. They didn't care if your sick, trying to talk to them, or even eat. Yet, they now care about you getting a boyfriend you've had for about a year. The surgery was happening tomorrow. As the fluids ran from the bag to the tubes, to your nose, which kinda tickled, Jack broke the silence. "I'm sad." He said with a frown. "You're gonna, probably, die tomorrow and now that people can see me, I won't be able to sneak into our hospital surgery room. You haven't even left my side and I miss you already. Love sucks." He said.

You scooch closer to him and set your head on his shoulder and cry. "I'm scared Jack. I'm gonna die tomorrow." You say. Just then the guardians walk in. "People see us." Santa says. Still doesn't interrupt your crying but your impressed. You could tell that Santa knew you were crying. He was just brightening the mood. Didn't work. Everyone came in. Lastly, Bunnymund with Sand Man. Sand Man was comforting Bunnymund. You could tell he was crying. Standing up, you walked over to Bunny and hug him. That him let it ALL out.

He bawled and bawled and bawled. You had to say, you did so yourself. Although you were scared and upset, Bunny's fur coat was comforting. You couldn't have asked for anything more. Bunnymund fell to his knees with you still in hand. After crying on the floor for about 10 minutes, you and Bunnymund sat in the corner. You of course, cuddling him. Everyone stayed overnight. You slept with Bunnymund as he was the most comfortable, fluffy pillow and bed in the world. Plus he was the only sleep you had in ages.

*Le time skip*

That morning, you were woke up at 6:00. The nurse gave you several shots and fluids. She made you take twice as many pills as normal. "You can't sit in that corner with that...man....bunny this whole time." She said. Which really meant she was forcing you to lay in bed.

Jack was awake cause you layed in the same bed as him. He crawled out and held onto the edges. In stead of having fluids going into the tubes to your nose, the nurse changed to air tanks. You breathed normally and she put in the last shot into your vein. "Your surgery will be in 5 hours. Whatever you got on your bucket list, you better do it now." She says. You sigh. Today is the day I die. You think.
