Tao is right outside her classroom. It was lunch time and he's obviously waiting for his girl.

"Oh, yes! Chee~ I am hungry! Thank goodness you wake me up. Aigoo."

That was Jae Hwa, stretching her body after her little nap. Tss. My girl. He straightened when he saw the two girls heading out the door. Chee noticed him and smiled then walk up ahead Jae.

"Jae, I'll go first. Somebody might replace our table." Chee bid her goodbye and ran away.

I cleared my throat when Jae continued walking without even noticing me. Aish. My life >_< "Uh, hello?" he awkwardly greet.

Jae raised up her left eyebrow. "You. Again." it was a statement not a question. Tao just smiled.

"What you need is not here. I am not your girlfriend. Tsk." Jae said firmly.

Ouch! So direct! This is ... hard. Tao thought as he stared at her back who is now walking away from him, again.

"Hey." somebody patted his back. He turn around to see Kris. Ah, gege! You're always there for me~ "Ge..." he said and tried to smile.

"Don't force a smile, Tao. It's obvious. Let it out." Kris said and squeezed his shoulder.

"Aww!" Tao winced in pain and glared at Kris. The latter smirked and patted his aching shoulder again, as he winced once again.

"Stop it! And what was that for?" Tao snapped. "An excuse for you." he said, smiling.

"Excuse for what??" Tao asked again, now tailing Kris.

"If you cry, you'll have an excuse. It's what I meant, let it out." he said. Tao stared at him. "That was.... lame, ge." he said.

"I know." Kris said, as his smiling face disappeared. Probably disappointed to know that Tao didn't find it funny nor helpful. He sighed.

"Oh, I thought Tao here would be having that face, Kris!" Luhan stood up and patted Kris' shoulders.

"Don't ask for it Luhan. I don't want to remember." he shot Tao a look.

"What? Are you offended?" Tao asked, slightly sneering. Kris shook his head.

"So, Tao..." Lay started as everybody started eating their lunches. They were now in their favorite place.

"I know what you mean Lay ge." he cut Lay's speech. (a/n: lol, speech. sarreh, cannot find any words. ==") "As always... She denied me. And even shooed me away!" he said frustratingly.

Xiumin chuckled and Chen elbowed him. Luhan shift his gazes away from Tao. Kris secretly smiled, and Lay shook his head.

"You know what... You lack something Tao." he said as Tao look at him confusingly.

"What is it??" he asked innocently but desperately. "It's for me to know and for you to find out." Lay smirked.

"Aisssh! You are not of help!" he pointed at Lay. "At least you should be thankful. I've given you a clue." Lay reasoned.

"More like my mistake." Tao snapped back.

"Same story." Chen commented and Lay hi-fived him.

This people! Are they my friends?? Aissh.. Tao thought as his eyes wandered from a distance. He saw Jae. My Jae. His eyes clouded a bit. He wanted her so bad. He missed her. Damn that accident! If only ... If only ...
