You see if State Farm noticed him being gone so long then they might think he knows something and little did Jake know but the police where trying to find him because his family was worried because he went missing, and the same scenario for Chuck. So one day Jake got a call from State Farm, and Papi answered. "Yes who is this?" "This is David the State Farm Boss and assuming this is Jake Campbell you are fired" and then David abruptly ended the call. So now Papi knew that just by the tone of that phone call that they were after Jake following his trails, and With Papi's wise knowledge solved the puzzle and figured out that they wanted Jake and anyone in their way dead and they were coming quickly. So Papi gave the information and then said pack your bags we are leaving any going to headquarters early and I'm coming. And they did not argue, generally they weren't in the position to, so they just agreed. And then Papi explained his plan. He said that he had been studying lately on the Los Angeles State Farm HeadQuarters and figured out that
If we go through the back at night and get over the fence and sneak in through the northern window, that with the help of vents and other things they could go and get they're information. If things go wrong rather State Farm kills us, the police find us and accuse me or Chuck for kidnapping you or different variations, and we might go to jail for invading private property but otherwise those factors everything was nice and peachy. So it was now or nothing, after Jake excepting that his dream job was ruined because of maybe false accusations and some weird old guy named Papi. By Jake was tired anyways and by tires he meant tired of things being boring. He wanted some action in his life. So it's now or nothing Jake knew, and Chuck, well Chucks just kind of tagging along seeking adventure too.
