*Robins POV (while the last two chapters were happening)*
I sat on the old brown couch in my living room impatiently. I can't wait to see Victor and Garret. Violet is always confused when it comes to my brothers, Victor is in the air force and Garrets in the military. She keeps thinking they're both in the military.
Dealing with morning Jake was a lot easier than I thought it would be, he was actually really happy when he got up instead of grump ass. He told me he was only happy because he knew he didn't have to wake up in boring Massachusetts anymore.
Anyways, now I'm sitting here. Waiting for my two favorite people, in a black and white striped dress, skinny black bow belt, tight skinny jeans, converse, and sunglasses. I curled my hair slightly since I can't do much with it cause its short, and I put on black cat-eye eyeliner, black mascara, no eyeshadow, pink blush, and pink lip gloss. My mom said I had to dress up today because we're going to my grandmothers, my grandma wants to see my brothers so bad. "Robs!," someone scoops me up in his arms breaking my train of thought.
"Vic!," I squeal happily.
"Robin," Garret joins in on the hug. They let me go and I get a good look at them, Victor is in some plain clothes, he's wearing his old high school basketball jersey, basketball shorts, his favorite old NBA baseball cap, and blue Nikes. His black hair sweeps over his forehead to the right, and his brown eyes have grown more vibrant. Victor has always been more rebellious than Garret, which makes Victor my favorite brother (don't tell Garret.)
Garret is still in his military uniform, his brown hair has been cut super short and his greenish-brown eyes show discipline. Yet, he still has that amazing crooked overly protective brotherly smile. He reminds me of Bray, but Derek and Victor were two different people, I remember how they used to be best friends. Now Derek is gone, and I feel really bad for Victor.
"No hug for your parents?" giggles my mom coming in through the front entrance. I squeal and throw her in a tight hug, I haven't seen my parents in almost four months, and my brothers have been gone four years, so as you can imagine I'm usually alone, except for when Vi stays.
"It's so good to see you hon," says my Dad after mom lets go. We only shake hands, my Dad isn't much of a feelings type of person. My Mom and Dad look like two different people. My Mom is short, long black hair down to the mid of her back, brown eyes, and very little freckles sprinkling her cheeks. My dad is really tall with short brown hair, he has green eyes and a goatee. My parents are the owners of Hollywood Records an awesome record company. They're always gone because they're always looking for new talent and enjoy going with the groups on tour.
"So are we going to grandma's or what?" chuckles Victor.
"Or what, I still have to change dumb ass," says Garret rolling his eyes I let out a small giggle as Garret jogs up to his old room.
"So what's up Robs?" asks Victor plopping onto the couch.
"Jake just moved back in town," I grin.
"Really? That's awesome, now you, him and Vi can be the three dorkesteers again," he laughs.
"Not cool Victor," I make a face and push him off the couch.
"Whatever," he chuckles. He gets up then pushes me off the couch, then starts tickling me.
"Victor stop it!," I whine tears forming in my eyes from laughing too hard.
"No way! I haven't been able to do this in four years!" he cheered and continued.
"Victor enough," says Garret sternly. He finally stops and I'm able to stand up. I look over at Garret, he's in a white shirt, black jeans, dog tag necklace and a pair of black Adidas.
"Awe come on, I'm just messing with Robs," he grins.
"Come on guys Mom and Dad are already in the car," Garret smiles. Victor walks away and I quickly grab my leather clutch purse with a bedazzled 'R' on the side. I go out to the car and sit in the middle of the back between Garret and Victor. Garret and Victor are staring hungrily at their phones probably because the military doesn't allow social media. I just kinda sat there being the awkward one, like I used to be. Mom and Dad are having a conversation about one of their new artists, they sound cool I think they said their band name is called 'One Direction.' (I know they aren't actually signed to Hollywood Records, but just go with it :p )
"Do you guys want to listen to our newest band?," asks my Dad.
"Sure!," I beam, anything is better than this awful awkward quiet. They put the disc in and they're actually good! I'll have to research them later.
"So what do you think?" smiles my mom turning around.
"They're awesome!" we all say in unison.
"Great, cause you're meeting them in two weeks," she drops.
"What!," I freak. That'd when we pull into grandma's long cobblestone driveway.
"Yeah hun, I'm sorry, but we'll be living with them for the next couple of weeks," she tries to show me a smile, but it doesn't work.
"I can't believe I have to live with pop stars," I grumble. We park the car and get out. I swear if one gives me any sort of attitude or tries to order me around they will be hurting in multiple places.
"Honey at least smile," frowns my mom as she tries to adjust Victor and Garret.
"Mom we're not four," says Victor pushing her off.
"Is that my grandsons!" exclaims grandma almost running out of her house.
"Mom you have a bad knee, you shouldn't be running," sighs my mom as grandma hugs Victor and Garret.
"Oh pish posh, I'm as healthy as a horse," she walks over and smiles at me. My grandmother is a really sweet, kind, old lady when I was little I'd stay over at her house often. She lives on a horse farm with five beautiful horses. Their names are Chestnut, Joker, Starlight, Ginger, and Poo. Poo is Victor's horse. Ginger is Garret's horse. Starlight is my horse. And Chestnut is my grandmothers. Violet would come here with me with Bray and we would all ride horses together. It would be their only escape from their parents.
My grandmother is tall, and strong-ish, you have to remember she's old. Her long white hair goes down past her butt and is usually braided. Her wrinkles make her look wise and ancient. Her clothes usually consist of a baggy kinda Indian shirt, brown Indian pants, and moccasins. "How are you dear?" she asks.
"Good Grandma May, thank you," we share a quick hug.
"Alright everyone inside," Grandma May rushes us all inside and sits us on the couch.
"Now, I'm going to go get my famous apple crisps," she rushes into the kitchen. Everyone starts talking about random things.
"Hey, Robin?" Victor says picking my side.
"Yeah?," I look at him curiously.
"You know what's funnier than 24?" he wiggles his eyebrows.
"What?," I giggle already knowing the answer.
"25," I break out in hysterics at the Spongebob reference. Then a crash is heard from the kitchen.
"Mom?" my mom stands up and slowly walk to the kitchen. "Mom!," she rushes in and my Dad follows her quickly.
"What happen?!," me, Victor, and Garret all stand up as my mom shouts.
"Call 911!" that's when complete panic spreads throughout the farm.
