"BTS, you're on in five!" I shouted as i zoomed into their dressing room, holding the cue card for their Mnet countdown stage.
They put on the last finishing touches on their outfits and accessories and gave me a reassuring nod.
"Hwaiting, BANGTAN!" The eight of us put our hands in and cheered as we lifted our hands.
"Goodluck and have fun on stage, yall." I smiled as i waved them off.
"We'll do good Hye Mi!" They chorused unorderly before heading out to the stage.
I wiped off the trickles of sweat from my forhead by dabbing a tissue around my face.
All i ever saw as a fan was the performance, but the crew behind the scenes working have it tough. I released a breath of relief as i plonked down on a random swivel chair in the room.
I watched them do their comeback performance through the small twenty-nine inch tv on the wall, and scrutinized it carefully like a sherlock-fan.
Which you are.
But i'm posing as their manager now, so its all the more improtant.
I sat there, smiling like an idiot at the screen, watching them strut their stuff, killing the stage.
Its' been six days since i've started managing them. Within the span of these days, we grew close enough to address each other without formalities.
Of course, i wasn't close like their well-knitted BTS family, but i was like wayy closer to them than i'd ever thought i'd be, as a fan.
And for those of you wondering what missions I've been up to lately, i havent been on any missions at all! Thanks to Mr Bang, I've been sleeping at night and resting well.
Okay, technically, I'm constantly posted on one mission, which is taking care of BTS an making sure they don't get themselves in some mess.
I flipped open my guide book,
Chapter two: basic make-up
i was running through its' comparatively lighter amount of pages-only slightly over twenty, when BTS came back, a bit sweaty from their performance.
I quickly dumped my book into my tote bag that i've been carrying around recently and rushed over to them, "double thumbs up! Best first comeback performance!" I clapped as they file into the room.
"Hye Mi-ah, turn up the air con please." Suga asked me, plopping down on the nearest seat, although he was closer to the remote that was on the wall than i was.
I 'tsk'ed at him, "lazy bum, do it yourself!" I grabbed seven new bottles of mineral water from a box and passed it to them. As i was passing Suga, i just conveniently turned the air conditioner's temperature lower to twenty degrees celcius.
"Thanks." Suga muttered, half asleep.
I used to view him as a really lazy guy who couldn't be bothered to do anything, so it really surprised me when Orlanda told me that Suga was her bias, and telling me that Suga was the sweetest person alive and things like that.
I guess i now see him under a different light. The poor guy was constantly stressed about his mixtape and creating sick new songs for the group, so he ends up sleeping at three or four in the morning almost everyday, and because of their recent comeback, he has to wake up again at seven, giving him only A maximum of four hours of sleep.
I hear Jin and Jhope telling him not to stress out so much and sleep more, and recently, I've been finding myself saying that as well.
"We're leaving for the ilsan fanmeet in half an hour, so pack your things and be ready." I announced, checking their schedule, while glancing at their dressing room with their items strewn all over.
Everyone was either sleeping, using their phones, resting or reading fanmail. This, was by far, not the energetic bangtan I'm used to on screen and especially in their bombs.
I drank some water as i organized my things.
At one in the afternoon, the eight of us piled into the black van, with me driving. At first they doubted if someone as young as me would have a driving license.
Actually, you don't. The only thing you have is the KISA license to show police if they pull you over.
Yeah....oh well, I got Mr Bang to convince them for me because they wouldn't listen to me.
They ate lunch in the van due to time constraint. We got to the location in forty minutes.
Because a big ass suspicious looking black van isn't exactly the epitome of speedy.
"We're here! I hope you're all done eating your bentos?" I asked out loud as i reversed the van into the parking lot.
From the front mirror, i could see the boys quickly finishing the last bits if their food, stuffing it all into their mouths.
"Come on, your fans are waiting for you!" I laughed at their chipmunk-lile faces and got off the van, and they followed suit. I locked it before heading into the location after BTS, along with the other staff that were following in another black van behind ours.
Bts walked onto the stage and the fans screamed and cheered.
Its like the fanmeet all over again.
I chuckled at the crowds roaring reaction.
And to think, you used to be one of these noise polluters.
I still am, at home, privately, away from BTS' sight. Since its' embarrassing for their manager to be fangirling over them.
I stood backstage, scanning the crowd for any suspicious people, just incase they were targeted again.
And then my eyes almost bulged out of its' sockets when they landed on someone.
Orlanda?
