A disease in which its bearer would experience faint static noises that seem like it's inside their own head. It gets gradually louder and lower at random. Its bearer could even experience their vision going staticky sometimes, which can drive them to insanity.
Static Disease was a suggestion from me for a private RP I'm doing...Now that I think about it, that sounds like torture, but it's kinda unique in its own way. :p
