Training wasn't any easier. If anything it got tougher and harder. Though it doesn't help that I make myself train late with the demon book, losing sleep. I had to get more powerful. I have to protect my home. My only family, Darrius and Xero.

"M@ybe we should t@ke a bre@k. You look exh@usted."

I felt exhausted. I just can't stop. I need to push myself. I need to work harder and become better.

"No I'm fine lets keep going. I need to be ready for this war."

He nodded and continued training me, shortly Xero joined us pushing me more into training. They put my through every scenario i could experience and possibly face in battle. Even the dirty sneaky tricks. Though they didn't seem that hard to counter. The assassin's had helped me heighten my demonic senses. I can hear, see, feel and smell almost everything. Details I never noticed. So much importance in being an assassin. To be one of them will be quite an accomplishment to me. I would be the first demon assassin in troll and demon history.

Weapons training was just as hard. But I had gained much strength I had finally been able to carry these heavy weapons. But I learned that these were special material that not even the assassin's could carry. So even if I had dropped my weapon in battle the enemy wouldn't be able to carry ot leaving them open to rip them apart.

'Rip them apart? Ok that was pretty dark. Could just be my hunger finally catching up with me.'

"Your g3tting b3tt3r Rav3n. Your v3ry skill3d with the poisonous dart blow3r along with a bow and arrow. But you must choos3 a dual w3ilding w3apon. Y3s w3r3 training you in 3v3rything but to sp3cializ3 it up most importanc3. I with my scyth3s. Darrius with his chakrams. X3ro with his ax3. I know assassins work in the shadows but now and th3n th3y must face that targ3t. Fight th3m fac3 to fac3 to g3t th3 job don3. Do you und3rstand me."

He's right. I need to find my weapon. And fast who ever 'she' is will be here soon. Assassins must be able to use everything around them. Even the simplest of item inside a hive.

"I understand. I will find my special weapon."

I had trained until the end of the day. Feeling incredibly weak and exhausted. I couldn't even lift my wings. They were in so much pain.

"Very good R@ven lets return to our block."

He and another soldier had to help me back to my block. I might have pushed myself to hard today. As soon as the other troll left Darrius decided to lecture me.

"R@ven I underst@nd th@t you w@nt to be re@dy. But to push yourself through not only close comb@t but we@pons tr@ining is pushing it to f@r. I must insist th@t you not do th@t @gain. Not only is th@t completely reckless th@t is just pl@in stupid of you to do. Just bec@use your a de@mon troll doesn't me@n that you are invincible. Even de@mons must h@ve there limits."

Its because of moments like these that I know there is someone who cares for me. Someone who actually wants to look out for me. Xero shortly entered the room. Uh oh.

"Hey Rave. L!sten Darr!us probaly already lectured you. But dont ever pushed yourself l!ke that aga!n. And ! Know you been sneak!ng off read!ng your demon book. Where you been pract!cing is not a good spot!'ll show you a better place tomorrow. And l!sten sleep ton!ght. Tra!ning tomorrow is cancelled father and the other assass!ns w!ll be leav!ng tomorrow for a meet!ng with the enemy. Too see !f war can be avo!ded. H!ghly doubt !t. Those damn rust bloods."

He's right I shouldn't be pushing myself. And sleeping sounds just marvelous. After they help me dress my wounds Xero carried me to my cocoon and laid me in my slime. Its warms immediately welcoming me into a deep peaceful slumber.

"Sleep well Raven. !'ll see you tomorrow."

"Yes sleep well my Mor@il."

They both bid me goodnight as I slept dreaming once of the 'Dark Carnival'

"Welc°me back my ch1ld. Are you ready f°r the sh°w."

He held his hand out to me. A wicked evil grin plastered on his face. I can finally see his eyes. They are beautiful. More that the purple roses that grow in the garden. His indigo orbs staring straight into mine. I feel that he sees straight into my soul. Ready to snatch it right out of my body.

I looked up at the tall figure. Feeling no fear nor terror. Once agai. Feeling welcome and invited by this mysterious figure. I placed my hand in his as he guided me into this dark exciting place.

"I am ring master."

A/N: and there you go. It was hard writing with a damn migrane but I didn't want to let my fellow trolls' human friends, and other species down. I had to at least write you guys something :( I'm sorry that its so short. Please forgive me. I'll try and do a better job tomorrow. ~Raven~
