Summer camp changed my life

When I got to the camp it was a loud lady yelling she was so loud for a minute I thought she was a man she just kept screaming at people,

I could not believe how my parents would just send me away like that they are just ugh but when I got in the line it was long as hell that shit was in the parking lot

I put my ear phones in and Beyoncé voice filled my ears I stayed to myself and did not make eye contact the same I do in school everyday

when I saw I was the next person in line I took my ear buds out and rapped them around my phone before putting it in my pocket

It was a lady with a huge smile on her face you could just tell she was happy to be here I don't know why,this place is tore the fuck up"name please "she said without eye contact " China Valentine "I responded with a toothless smile

She looked threw a list of names and her smile faded "I have good news and bad news,all the girl cabins are full so you would have to room with one of the boy campers" I rolled my eyes,"follow Janet she will show you to your roommate,have fun"

Can this shit get any worse,first I get sent away then I'm gonna be stuck with some random boy,for all I know he could be a peeper ,we continued to walk until a tall light skin boy came in view ,I could not really see his face until he turned around

"No,No this has to be some mistake" I yelled as we approached him"right,hell no I can't room with her"he yelled while pointing in my face "sorry its the last cabin,have fun you two, your in cabin 21" Janet said as she walked away 

As me and Chris started walking to our cabin we did not even look at each other it was complete silence and I was happy,I don't even wanna look at his pretty face,he just makes me sick

"This is some bull shit,I'm stuck hear,and to make it even worse I'm stuck here with you,out of all people" he said with a chuckle, I rolled my eyes and started to unpack my things

I did not want to room with this girl at all she is the geeks of all geeks with her big black sexy glasses hold up what am I talking about I have a girlfriend,

But I mean the more I look at her the more I want her,I don't understand why the fuck I can't get this girl out my mind she just every where and that shit makes it harder to forget her 

I remember in 6th grade I use to all ways try to get her attention I really use to have a crush on her,I even asked her out once, but she turned me down,and that's when I kept telling myself she gonna regret it,and that's when I just started to disrespect the fuck outta her to make myself feel better

Now I know it was wrong as fuck to do that shit to her,but as time went on it just became a regular thing,I did lay off a little bit,but that's when Cami filled in that spot and bullied her even more

It was now around 10:00pm and lights go out at 10:30pm I had just got out of the shower and was now reading books on wattpad ,I just kept glancing at Christopher, call me crazy but he is much better company when he is not talking

He walked into the bathroom and I let out a sigh,we haven't talked since we got hear and trust me we had plenty of chances to but we both just stayed to our selves

They took us on a tour of the camp and he meet some friends,I just stayed in the shadows as usual ,I just hope I meet at least one person I can connect with ,but if not I'll be fine,because no one is gonna have your back the way you do

I looked up from my phone to see Christopher coming out the bathroom with only his towel on and water dripping off his body I'm just looking like damn when he get that damn sexy,

"You got some lotion" he asked before biteing down on his bottom lip"ye-yea"I stuttered as I handed him my Carried Away by Bath&Body works lotion"thanks"he said while taking the bottle with him

Christopher looked so good like a big piece of cake that I wanted to eat,hold up,he is a jack ass let me finished reading my book before I go crazy

When I went to ask China for the lotion she did not even do anything most of the time that works easy I guess i gotta work hard for this one,

Damn,all this hard to get shit she doing is making me want her more,what in the hell is this girl doing to me but hey a nigga loves a challenge, especially if she is the prize

I put on my boxers and shorts and just laid in the bed staring at her out the conner of my eye ,she is so beautiful like a rose that I wanted to keep

"Were am I " I asked to the little girl on the swing "your in Haven, don't worry China we are gonna be OK" she said before turning around to face me

I was beyond shocked it was me when I was 8 years old "China,he is gonna save you okay,just trust him " I set next to her on the other swing and swayed on it"who is gonna save me"

"I can't tell you that,but you will find out I promise" she said before fadeing away "wait come back! ,I need you!" I yelled as I watched myself fade away

I opened my eyes to see Christopher shakeing my shoulders "are you okay" he asked before turning on the light "im fine,just go back to sleep" I said with a toothless smile "you sure,because we can talk about it" I shook my head "yes" and he turned the light back off

That dream would not get leave my mind and the fact I thought I was woke was driving me crazy"Christopher you still woke"I whispered as I set up in my bed "yea ,what wrong" he asked as he turned around to face me"can we talk"

He turned on the light"yeah,what's on your mind"I took a deep breathe before speaking "why do you always bully me?" He bit on his bottom lip and set up in his bed"I just always had something agents you"I looked down"what did I do?"I softly asked

"It was something that happen so long ago,when you turned me down back in middle school you hurt my pride and I made it my mission to make you regret it" I looked at him confused, I don't even remember that"that is so stupid"he chuckled "ma,I know that's why I laid off,but Camille just started making it worse "

I looked at him in his face and instantly saw guilt "Christopher, I just thought you hated me,all the things y'all did to me made me hate myself,I could not stand to look at myself I just felt like I was not beautiful"a soft tear went down my face,he walked next to me and wiped it away

" I'm sorry, I didn't know I was making you feel this way,and if it helps I think you are very beautiful,intelligent,and a courageous woman ,your the whole package ,never set yourself short of anything "he softly spoke to me as his thumb held up my chin so I would look at him

"Thank you,I really like this side of you Christopher" he smiled "why you call me Christopher" I smiled "that's your name" he shook his head "call me Chris,I don't need the whole world looking for me"

I laughed at him ,he is really a sweet heart he just needs a little work"China you are really a sweet heart "I put my head down as my cheeks turned red" don't hide ya face,Confidence is the key baby girl "
