Chapter 6

{A/N ON THE SIDE IS A PIC OF JAKWON AKA LLOYD. }

After the first ring Jakwon answered.

Jakwon: Hello

Me: Im willing to let you spend time with your son. come over later and be alone.

The line got quiet for a minute.

Jakwon: I'll be there in a minute (click)

* 2 hours later *

The door bell rang. I opened the door and Jakwon walked in.

"Hello love of my life" he said sarcastically while having a big rin on his face. I looked at him in disgust, wanting to smash his head in with a bat, but I played nice.

"Hey Jakwon" He sat on the couch while i went to go get Malachi. Wen Malachi saw Jakwon his face lit up. He even had his arms out reaching for him. I can admit Jakwon is a gud father he's just not a "people" person. After Jakwon played with Malachi for about an hour, Malachi fell asleep in his arms. Jakwon went and laid Malachi in his crib and wen he came back I had gotten out a bottle of Tequilla and two shot glasses.

"Want a shot?" I asked him while pouring two shots. He nodded his head and came over to where i was at. After the first shot it was over for Jakwon. We kept taking shots till Jakwon was drunk. I was laughing on the inside cause my plan was working. Jakwon was taking straight shots of tequilla and i wasswitching mine with apple juice. SUCKER!!!!!! lol. After about 10 shots, Jakwon stumbled to the couch and laid down. I had to get him to sign the papers before this nigga pass out. I went into my room, got the divorce papers and went back to where Jakwon was. " I need you to do me a favor" he mumbled something but his eyes were still closed. " Sign this for me" he opened his eyes halfway, and signed it with out any problems. I hurried up and took the papers and hid them in my room. wen I came back Jakwon was snoring.

I was starting to think I didnt think my plan through. Jakwon's sleeping on my couch. I started to wonder wat would happen wen he woke up and realizes i got him drunk on purpose. He's too drunk and heavy for me to carry him to my car and take him home and i aint calling anita bitch ass. I didnt have any other options, so i left him on the couch. I got Malachi out of his crib, took him to my room and locked the door behind me. I had to be cautious. I didnt wanna wake up to jakwon's hands around my throat or worse. I soon fell asleep watching my son sleep.

* the next morning *

Wen i woke up i looked at the Clock. 12pm. I can't believe i slept so late malachi usually wakes me up at 7am. I sat up in my bed to stretch and realized my bedroom door was wide open. I kno i locked it before i went to bed. I looked over to where malachi was suppose to be and he was gone. I jumped out the bed and ran to see if he was in his crib but it was empty. I started to panick but then thought about Jakwon. I kno he had to have something to do with it. I went into the living room and jakwon was'nt on the couch but there was a note.

Akasha, I took ur car and took Malachi out for a while. And I found ur divorce papers wen i broke into ur room to get ur keys. Til death do us part. Remember that!!!! Love ur husband.

I balled up the note and threw it. Tears started to run down my face. Im never gonna get away from him. All of a sudden the door bell rang. I went to open the door and my face almost hit the floor wen i seen who it was. Anita. I didnt kno whether to get ready to fight or wat but something was off about her. She always had the newest clothes out but today she was wearing a sweat suit and sun glasses and i was 90 degrees outside.

"Akasha i need to talk to u." she said

"Wat do u want Anita?"

"I want to warn u about Jakwon. U and Malachi need to get as far away as y'all can, he dangerous i kno he hits u"

" So the side piece that's been fuckin my husband is tryna give me advice?! U dnt kno nothing about wat goes on in my house and its really none of ur business"

She took off her sumthing glasses and revealed her black eye. I wanted to be like damn u too?! But that was Karma for her fucking my husband. Just then Jakwon pulled up in my car. Anita quickly put her sun glasses back on, went to her car and left. By the time she left, Jakwon had already gotten Malachi and was walking on the porch.

"what did she want?" he said

"idk she left right wen u pulled up" Jakwon tried to go in the house but i blocked him. "Jakwon give me my son and leave" He looked at me for a second and took a step towards me. I took a step back, running into the door frame.

"Didnt u read my note?! Dnt u kno i love u?" I looked away not wanting to look him in the eye. He grabbed my face and forced me to look at him. "ANSWER ME!!"

"yes" i told him. He mushed my head back and made me hit my head on the door and pushed me out the way to get into the house.
