Megan Lane (A Flashpoint story)

  Hi I'm Megan Lane and I'm Ed Lane's adopted daughter. I live with my mom and Clark. My parents gave me up when I was 8 months old. I have no memory whatsoever of my old parents. All the adoption center told me was that I had 2 siblings. I enjoy living with Ed Lane and his family. It's truly great.
        In the morning, I got dressed into this :polyvore.com/summer_outfit/set?id=81106296. I'm going to dad's work today. Clark is staying home. It's my turn to visit dad's work. I'm really happy that I'm able to go. This will be my first time visiting the team and meeting them. I hope all goes well and turns out okay in the end. 
        I went downstairs to eat breakfast with my family. Dad was already ready to take me with him. He's drinking his coffee. Mom is making me pancakes and I'm really happy. Everything will be alright, I know it. Dad and I are going to be picking up Greg Parker. The teams sergeant. Well when were done eating breakfast anyway.
        After we finished  eating, I helped clean up the kitchen and I joined dad in the front seat. I waited for him to start the vehicle, but then I realized I didn't have my seat belt on. So I made it click and we went to Mr. Parker's house. He was waiting outside for us and he climbed into the backseat. Dad heard the click and started off towards the station. Mr. Parker tried to keep a conversation  up with me but I'm not exactly a conversationalist. 
        Mr. Parker grabbed his stuff from the trunk and grabbed dad's. I grabbed my purse from the back seat and closed the door. Dad took my hand in his and I winked at him with my blue eyes. Mr. Parker talked to dad while we walked towards the station. I let go of dad's hand to look around. I looked at all the big guns and the little guns. This woman named Winnie said hi to me, but since I'm normally shy to new people, I just waved and kept on my way.
