Black Eyed Children is an Urban Legend where a child, usually between the ages of 6-16, can appear at your doorstep, outside your car, or at an abandoned area. It is said that they will come up to you in a pair or alone and they will get your attention, but they where hoods or something to cover their eyes and they ask you for help, and people who have encountered these children have said that the children's atmosphere just seems highly dangerous and they also say that when the children ask for help they feel themselves subconsciously opening the door or rolling down their window. If you say no when the child asks for help they become more insistent saying that you need to help them because you are the only person who can and then they slowly begin to take off their hoods or whatever they are wearing to cover their eyes. No one knows what happens after that because most just slam the door or drive away.
