To anybody who finds this book, my name is Joseph, just Joseph. It's not my real name, but it's the name I chose for myself after the Event. We all chose our own names, a new name for a new way of life. There are 4 of us living here. Me, Dave and Lisa, as well as our dog Buster (Dave chose the name). We have been living in the wasteland together for just over a month. Yesterday we found a previously un-raided store and found this unopened diary, so we have decided to write down our account of our time in the wasteland, from the event to now, and maybe even the future. So, to anybody who is reading this, welcome to the semi-full account of our time surviving the watelands.
