Here comes the bride

Chapter 1

Kermit took a deep breath and opened his drawer in his office.

"Hey Kermit." Fozzie said walking in.

"Oh Hi-Ho Fozzie!" Kermit said.

"You okay?"

Kermit pulled out the tiny black box and took a second deep breath.

"You're ready to propose to Denise?"

Kermit gasped. "Oh Fozzie...I don't know if I want Denise. What about Piggy?"

"Forget piggy. You're with Denise now."

"But I try to forget about her but it seems like I can't."

"I get it Kermit. Maybe you should think about for a few days then propose."

"No Fozzie. I want to do it today."

"Okay. But who?"

Kermit sighed. "I'll marry Denise."

Fozzie smiled and nodded.

"You're gonna make a great husband." Fozzie said.

"Thanks Fozzie. Ya know, thanks for being there for me when I needed it. I couldn't help myself while I was going through depression. But you've been there every second as you've watched me sob and harmed myself. I appreciate it Fozzie. So if I do get married, can you be my best man?" Kermit said.

Fozzie nodded. "Anything for my best friend."

Kermit smiled and sighed. "I'm ready."

Kermit and Fozzie walked out the his office and everyone sitting in the audience.

Kermit walked around to find Denise.

"Denise!"

"Oh hey Kermit!" Denise said with her cute southern accent.

"Get on the stage."

"Why?"

"Just get on, I want to ask you something."

"Okay?"

Denise went to the stage and Kermit tried to shut up the Muppets.

"Guys can you be quiet?"

No silence.

"Guys!?"

No silence.

"QUUUUUIIIIIEEETTTTTTTTTT!"

"And I said look mother, it's my life, so if I want to walk around naked-," Janice tried to say.

Everyone looked at her.

"Oh.." Janice said.

"Anyways, guys I need you to look at this." Kermit said as he turned to Denise.

"Denise, you may not be the biggest love of my life, but you are really one of them. If it wasn't for you, I'd be dead...literally. But I love you Denise." Kermit said as he grabbed a black box and opened it while getting on one knee.

"Denise the Pig, will you marry me?" Kermit asked.

Everyone gasped.

"Yes! Yes Kermit I will marry you!" She said kissing the frog until they were on the floor.

"I love you Denise."

"I love you too Kermit."

The two shared another kiss.
