After years of of existing with PTSD and addiction my concentration skills were almost nonexistent. So a simple task could become a chore of epic proportion.
I have been in active therapy for my active PTSD symptoms since 2008. I have had so many different groups and individual therapy. I have even been subjected to repeated treatments because of the length of time that I had existed without treatment and of course my concentration problems.
I am no doctor. Nor am I a therapist. But I know what works in my life. Since August 2014, I have experienced the most noticeable improvements since my recovery began.
So I would like to thank my therapists who initially moved me to begin this wonderful new existence as a writer. My writing coaches (on wattpad), my wonderful followers (on wattpad), my gracious readers (on wattpad), my beautiful friends (on wattpad). So I guess that I should also thank wattpad.
Thank you Wattpad...
Yes, I am still suffering from sleepless nights. Loud sounds still irritate me. I am still depressed from time to time and my "face time encounters" could use a lot of work...
But since I have been writing, my life has gotten better. At least for me.
